The room was not that clean. But and what looked like blood on the bathroom door. Toilet paper holder broken. Upon leaving hotel roach bug crawled in the room from door way. Other rooms left trash and food boxses outside doors. This could have contributed to bug

Great place to stay! Beautiful view of the ocean. Watching the sunrise and sunset every night was awesome. Lots of things to do within close vicinity. Breakfast was good and staff went out of their way to ensure your stay was great. Will definitely stay again when we come back in summer.

The breakfast was good. One morning I waited 30 minutes for the coffee to be refilled. I thought that was too long. I had to ask to have the body was and conditioner refilled. They only set the conditioner at my door. My parents air conditioner did not work. It was really stuffy in their room. That was very disappointing.

Choose this hotel for its location, will come back for its customer service. Liz at the front desk made my whole day by singing me Happy Birthday. The good Happy Birthday song too! Breakfast was delicious and every staff member we encounter during our trip had smiles on their faces. It was clean and smelled like Christmas as soon a you walked through the door. Peaceful nights rest so we could enjoy the sun. Will be returning.
