Condo was as described, was clean and everything in proper working order. Beach access was convenient with chair/umbrella rentals readily available. Both indoor and outdoor pools were in great shape. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes.
The location and our views were excellent. The condo looked just like the pictures and it was so clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We only had a problem checking in because we still owed the majority of our balance when we showed up because it wasn't ever deducted from our bank account, even when I had sent an email asking why we still had a balance 5 days before the trip. And so when we arrived they said our card wouldn't go through. Well, the problem was we had a limit on our card. I just felt that I should have received an email stating that there was a problem running the balance on my card and I would have corrected that with our bank before we got there. So there were some moments of frustration at check-in, but it was taken care of by us just paying with a personal check. But our actual stay at the Phoenix VII was wonderful!!!
