Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed!

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

We had a great time. The furniture inside was newer and comfortable. It was nice to sit on the porch and see the pool and beach. It was a good size for 6 of us. Everything was close by. We were able to check in early and did not have any issues with communication. There were plenty of cups, plates, in the kitchen. Just a few minor things- the elevator to the parking lot did not have a/c, parking was plentiful but you had to drive around and around to find a space. The master sink was low and there was hair on the floor. The kitchen did not have many gadgets, if you wanted to cook. They supplied a limited amount of tp, papertowel, soap so that had to be replenished.

Quick family getaway!

Having 2 grown children means we need 3 bedrooms. This condo was perfect for us! It was very spacious and the views never ended! It was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable! Check in was a BREEZE! We had prepaid for our parking pass so I was in and out of the lobby in no time. Beach service was excellent! We reserved our chairs from our phone and they had everything set up for us every morning! If we choose this destination again, we will definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about this property. It was comfortable, clean, and the location was great. My only regret is not knowing that booking on VRBO would cost me more and result in needing to pay for parking. If you book the property via the property managers site, it’s less.

Old unit with dirty floors smelled like musty dead fish. Florabama so loud music all day. Smoking aloud in some units and we happened to be surrounded by. The beach was perfect and stayed out there most of the time.

Needs attention

Upon arrival, the condo smelled musty with an old smell. The best part of the condo is the view and outside patio. The furniture is old, which is fine; however the living room furniture was also dirty. The kitchen utensils etc., were all in great shape. It became quite apparent that the master bedroom bathroom had not been cleaned because the water in the shower was dripping and on the drain of the shower was a HUGE amount of hair from the previous tenants. In addition, the bathroom drawers had hair in all of them that I had to wipe out. At this time, I would say that there needs to be some cleaning completed.

Wonderful Condo

Perfect location and wonderful condo. Very well stocked with kitchen dishes, pots, utensils and appliances. Only problem was master bedroom mattress was very hard and uncomfortable!
