Lovely Condo, Property Dissatisfaction

The condo itself was lovely. The dryer in our unit was not functioning and we had to call maintenance a number of times without the dryer being fixed. Our family packed "light" since we should have had access to a washer/dryer and unfortunately were left without. We've stayed at The Caribe in the past, and travel with about 6 other families. This year unfortunately our stay was disruptive, unsafe, loud, and not family friendly. There was a majority of unsupervised younger crowd who ruined it for the families. The police were onsite a number of times to address fights, a young man was taken by ambulance to the hospital due to being beat up badly, among a number of other issues. The property was very loud and rowdy at night, someone pulled the fire alarm at 3am one evening, the grounds were dirty, trash was left in the stairwells throughout our entire stay, and it wasn't until night 3 of our stay that security was more present and trying to address the younger crowd and people who were not guests or checked into the resort. Unfortunately a place that we loved to travel to with our families in the past was a disappointment this year, and we will not be returning along with the 6 other families who are all seeking another destination next year.

Beautiful Condo but


We stay every year at Caribe and enjoy our time in Orange Beach! This Condo is beautiful and very clean and newly updated! My only complaint is that when you rent this unit, there is NO designated parking spot. The owners leave a vehicle parked year round in the parking spot
 other than that, it’s beautiful.

The owner of the condo had their vehicle in the only parking space for this condo so my wife had to park her vehicle outside of the parking garage the entire week. Other than that the condo was very nice and we enjoyed it.
