Great Place

Everything about the place was as advertised. It was overall fantastic. Very spacious, the view of the pass and Ono Island with the boats passing in and out made for lovely evenings. The only small complaints...the toilet ran, there was no hair dryers, the TVs are very small.

Great place but needs some repairs

This is a beautiful property but we couldn't understand why the owner/manager won't put some money into it for some much needed updates and repairs! The master bedroom carpet is awful, we had to put towels down just to feel comfortable walking on it. The master bath toilet is about to fall over. There are a few broken fixtures, lighting issues and minor flooring problems that could all be easily repaired. And please, before someone is injured, get rid of the patio furniture with a broken leg!!! Other than that this is a great resort, amazing views, wonderfully equipped kitchen and a beautifully decorated place. Our 7 year old loved the water slides, pools, and play ground area. The beach was great, not crowded at all, with great shells and marine life surprises. We had a terrific time. Maybe they are just too booked to make the minor repairs and replace that hideous carpet.

We evacuated from Hurricane Ida...It’ll Do

For the most part this condo livable but had many many issues within. To name a few...First it was not very clean, but that is fault of the cleaning folks...very few do a good job. It definitely needs an overall clean and that is something that should be done every 3 months. So i spent my first day cleaning! The dryer has issues and you need to hold the start button fir about 5 minutes...if your lucky to get it to start on the first try. There is an under tile leak on the floor in the entrance hall. There must have been an a leak at another time bc under the bar is missing a baseboard and looks like its has black mold. The living room needs more lights bc its not very bright at night. They dont check lights bc a light over kitchen bar was out. The floor of master bath shower is cracked so I am sure water leaks through that. Needs more balcony chairs...especially since one has a broken leg that thankfully my 82yr old mother did not sit on. Had I paid summer rates for this unit I would have asked for a refund. I took pictures of all issues when we arrived. Overall it will do but definitely needs some TLC.
