First impressions were not good. The blinds need replaced in the entry way. There were coke or coffee splatters on the wall. Food stuck to the side of the couch, toothpaste on the cabinet fronts 2 of the bathroom vanities. The 2 spare bedrooms had lamps on the night stands that were not plugged in and the cords could not reach to the plugs. The furniture was torn. The only wall that did not need painted was the wall with the nonworking clock.The good; Beds were clean and comfortable, the furniture on the deck was nice, the unit was clean other than what was mentioned above. The Oasis was very nice and the spots that weren't were being improved. The pools and hot tubs were very nice. Beach access was excellent.
