I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, but what made it truly memorable was the service I received from Patricia at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly welcome. She checked me in quickly, answered every question I had with patience, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Patricia’s professionalism and kind personality stood out to me every single day. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with small requests, or simply checking in to see how things were going, she went above and beyond in a way that felt sincere. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job well, but clearly cares about the comfort and experience of each guest and Patricia is one of those people. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, but Patricia is the reason I would return and recommend this place to others. Thank you so much, Patricia, for making my stay feel special. The room wasnt very clean. Looked to be a half cleaning job. Dead spider on the couch, half an eyelash on the bathroom wall. The door to the bathroom had to be pulled up to open and close and was very loud. Had a strange smell to the room like mildew. The lobby was very nice and misleading to what the room would be like. Only one elevator worked.

Found cockroaches in my room and my toddler got sick immediately the following day from the stomach due to cockroach feces all over the carpet and furniture. Staff wouldn’t refund me my money for that night that I had to check out due to the cockroach incident. Though we caught it and delivered it to the front desk as proof .

The room was a great size and gave us what we needed. We were 10 minutes from Disneyland and having to hop on the highway wasnt ideal in the mornings but we made it work. We paid for a suite but it didnt have any kitchen supplies (i.e. cutlery, pots, pans, cups, plates) which was very disappointing when we planned on staying there as long as we did. The staff was helpful and nice, there help made the stay worth it for us.

The service was great, but that’s about the only compliment I have. This hotel needs MAJOR updating and cleaning. When I came to check-in (I was too early the first time) I used the restroom in the lobby and the toilets wouldn’t flush. I came back about an hour and a half later and there were signs all over the property saying the water was shut off for 1-2 hours and the lobby smelled of sewage. I changed rooms because of stains on the couch, the walls look beat up, a lot of painting over damage. When I switched rooms (the staff was very accommodating) my second room was better, but not by much; still had cleanliness issues. While the room was slightly more updated, there were stains on the ottoman (I don’t want to guess what was happening on that ottoman before I got there, but I can only imagine) and the couch. My bed was rock solid, so I was largely uncomfortable throughout my stay. Barely wanted to sit down in my room. And the WiFi wasn’t that good (I work remotely, so that was important to me). The atmosphere initially seemed like it catered to a transient crowd, but I eventually started seeing other travelers. Again, updates severely needed. The pool and fountain area has so much potential with updating. The free breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of hot foods, so I was pleased with that. In total, I felt pretty uncomfortable throughout my stay and wouldn’t stay again. Not a HORRIBLE hotel, but just not my idea of nice accommodations.
