Notre unitĂ© Orient Blue Ă©tait identique au photo et la proximitĂ© de la plage et du Tropical Ride (KiteSurf) Ă©tait parfaite. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© et diversitĂ© des restos. On aurait apprĂ©ciĂ© avoir 2 clĂ©s de la clĂŽture, car il fallait faire un dĂ©tour du complexe si on ne l’avais pas, c’était le seul petit dĂ©tail, le reste Ă©tait parfait. Merci pour ce sĂ©jour magnifique

Pride of ownership is evident -- BOOK NOW, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This property is clean as a whistle, tastefully decorated, (approx. 1200 sq. ft.) comes with: detailed instructions: washer; AC(s)/ceiling fan; elec. grill; combo safe; books; puzzle, etc. It's perfectly located on Orient Beach, walking distance to many restaurants and less than 10 mins. to a major grocery store and pharmacy. I stayed in the loft which appears much larger than on-line photos. PLUS, there are Pickleball courts with competitive players nearby:) Thank you Evelyn for the complimentary edibles/beverages, spices, elec. converters....your thoughtfulness and attention to detail means A LOT. I will spread the word and look forward to returning to your lovely "Orient blue seaview", (if available). A great home-away-from-home. I feel renewed!

Amazing Property and Host

This property was amazing and had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. It took me a long time to convince my husband to agree to stay in a VRBO, he is only loyal to Hilton, but he really enjoyed this experience. Evelyn was awesome at answering all my questions and I had a ton since I had never stayed in a VRBO. My husband and I were there for our shared birthday trip and Evelyn had left a card, snacks and champagne to celebrate. This was an amazing experience I couldn’t say thank you to the property and the host enough.

We love this unit! It was our second time staying and we would stay again next year if available. The unit has everything you need you need to cook in and is located within an easy walk to the beach or restaurants. The view from the balcony is perfect for morning or afternoon relaxation.

Perfect for a Couple

Perfect place for a couple to stay. There is a single bed in the loft, but no privacy provided up there. The rest of the place is great. Beautiful view off the porch, great air conditioning, and hot water all the time. If you've stayed in the village, then you know water pressure can't be found. Same is true here. No shower whilt washing dishes, etc. However there was always hot water for showers. This has not always been the case. The place is furnished well. After a day on the beach the couch feels great. Location is superb. Short walk to beach or restraunts. We have absolutely no complaints about this place. All messages were answered promptly and checking in, and out, was a breeze. This will be the first place I try to rent next time we come.

Wonderful view

The property was much as the pictures represented; fabulous location and great ocean views from the balcony. The loft style with high ceilings made the living area feel more roomy and comfortable. Air conditioning and lighting were great, and the bed was very comfortable. Beach loungers were great to have, and the umbrella worked well after a little adjustment.Appreciated the quick answers to household operational questions, BUT there was zero interaction with a human property manager, only AI responses. Although we rented for a specified period of time, the owners of the unit were given incorrect information about our departure date, and attempted to enter the unit while we were napping. But, despite this slight hiccup, we would rent this unit again.

A wonderful stay in Orient Bay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Orient Bay Sint Maarten! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The location was perfect – close to restaurants, and shops, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Orient Bay. We can't wait to return!

Bittersweet

I came to spread my husband’s ashes on his favorite beach, Orient Bay. The condo was in the perfect location to do this. I felt very safe as the area has gates to the public road and to the pools. The condo was very clean and had good cooking pots/pans. I had an issue with the stove being locked and I couldn’t cook the first night. Evelyne responded within 24 hours. You could see the beach from the balcony. The one thing I would change is to have thicker curtains inside so that you don’t feel as though you were on display when you turned the lights on at night or you want to sleep in the next morning.. All-in-all a great place to stay!

Delightful getaway

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay at Orient Blue. Super close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in Orient Bay!

Love this location

Orient Blue was in a perfect location. Being steps from the beach is always nice and we enjoyed our morning breakfasts on the deck with a awesome view.The place was very clean, the beds comfortable, the supplies and kitchenware were well stocked. The overall vibe was very inviting and comfortable. Evelyne was a delight to work with. Would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Third Stay

Third time staying in this apartment. Clean, fully equipped, nice view from the terrace, effortless check-in and check-out, no problems at all, host is very cooperative and responds quickly to any question. Perfect location if you like a one minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to many good restaurants for any meal of the day, plus other shops and services including a small but well-stocked grocery store. Will be back (soon, actually).
