We had a terrific stay here last month. The house was conveniently located to Disney World, where we spent most of our time. Roman was the best, so friendly and helpful. We did find that some of the kitchen items are a bit worn and could probably be replaced, like the pans, but otherwise we had a great stay here with our three kids! Thanks so much again!

I am very fussy, and will always find fault, i will look through so many villias to get that one that has everything we need, amd i certainly found it with this villa. It was like home from home, everything you could need, pool was great and not overlooked, quiet area also. Do not look anywhere else as this is just perfect.

Tolles Haus; tolles Preis / LeistungsverhÀltnis

Es st ein tolles Haus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist alles da: Waschmaschine, Trockner (neu und groß), HandtĂŒcher, große SchrĂ€nke, Schlafzimmer mit neuen, sehr bequemen Matrazen, eine vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattete KĂŒche mit Besteck und Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen SchĂŒsseln GlĂ€sern Tassen etc. Wir haben regelmĂ€ĂŸig gekocht und haben alles vorgefunden. Draussen steht ein grosser Gasgrill. Das Pooldeck ist großzĂŒgig mit Liegen und Sesseln, einem Tisch ausgestattet. Rechts & links sind ZĂ€une, nach Hinten raus schaut man ins GrĂŒn und hat somit rundum PrivatsphĂ€re. Es gibt Badezimmer und Toiletten auf beiden Ebenen. Alles im Guten Zustand. Die Vermieter renovieren regelmĂ€ĂŸig, tauschen regelmĂ€ĂŸig Mobiliar und EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde, sodass das Haus immer im einwandfreien Zustand ist. (zuletzt Erneuerung der Fassade) Die Vermieter sind jederzeit freundlich und entgegenkommend. Was die Lage angeht so liegt es ganz nah an den Parks in Kissimmee (Disney, aber auch Universal, Seaworld & Co.) Ebenso nah liegen SupermĂ€rkte (Walmart Publix, Target, Aldi etc) oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Outlets, wie Prime, Premium Outlet, Lake Buena Vista Outlet, the Loop etc) Wir haben das Haus bereits frĂŒher schon gebucht und waren froh und glĂŒcklich dies dieses Jahr wiederholen zu können. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf die Annehmlichkeiten dieses Hauses. Ich kann den Aufenthalt nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe und hoffentlich bis bald Anja und Christof

Exactly What We Were Looking For

The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and very inviting. Our family had a great time; enjoying the beautifully screened in pool and watching the Olympics. The owners of this property very clearly put effort into making this property inviting and comforting for guests.

Perfect Getaway

Whether you are going to the Disney Parks or not, this is a great place to stay, especially if you have a large family. The house was just as described and the pool was awesome! There were no houses behind us and privacy fences blocked the neighbors on both sides so the pool felt secluded. The hosts were amazing as well. I would definately book this priperty again.

Amazing stay! House was awesome! Communication with hosts was easy and informative. Beautiful neighborhood close to Disney attractions. Large pool! Great for larger families! Would definitely recommend! Loved the back yard too!
