No the pool was not warm enough to swim in. Even though we paid extra to have the pool heated it slowly warmed up. Took four days to warm it up enough for the family to enjoy it.

House was very spacious and fit our group perfectly, had some issues with pool/spa heating at first then it started to work but not very hot maybe the system was turned down for children, other than that the drains for the sinks and showers were alittle backed up and we could see a potential previous/active leak on the ceiling. Advise the host to review this and check the property out for future family’s/groups. Overall great property dispite the few odds and ends!

Kissimmee rental

The house sufficiently met our family needs. One bath per room for two was great The kitchen was congested but manageable. The house layout worked very well for our group. There was an extra charge for having the pool and whirlpool heated but 35 per day seemed a bit excessive. However the hot tub was not hot and it drained overnight and barely had 6” of water. Small ants were visible in the bathrooms, kitchen and entry from the day we arrived. We did call the manager and they came and treated all the rooms. Most of the ants then disappeared. We noted that all of the bathrooms had less than a full roll of toilet paper- often less than a quarter roll. There were no additional rolls in the house so we had to go to a store again and buy toilet paper less than 24 hours after arrival. The kitchen area contained a large garbage container. The only available garbage bag was the one in the garbage can. That meant another trip to the store. There is a minimal cost to supplying toilet paper and garbage bags. Owners could have supplied these useful and necessary sanitation supplies. The dishwasher did not have any pods so that meant another trip to the store. There were lots of towels but no hand towels or wash or dish cloths. We had an upstairs water leak in a bathroom and it leaked into the kitchen. We called management but they never showed up to fix. Yes, we worked around the above issues and had a great time in the house and Disney.

61st birthday celebration

We had an awesome time. The house was everything we expected. We had to call twice for an issue but someone came both times almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here. Most of our time was spent relaxing in the pool. Absolutely amazing place to stay.

Perfect House for a relaxing getaway.

This house was perfect for our girl trip. It have plenty space and bathroom to accommodate 10 women.This house has every appliance you can imagine. The area is so perfect and safe.I had the opportunity to meet the neighbors and they were so friendly. The house looks just like the picture. The check is was super easy. You have plenty of parking space. Plenty towels. Plenty blanket. I am a lover of a fan. Not only is it ceiling fan all threw the house there are ceiling fans outside on the patio. They also has extra fan in every room. I had a small problem with the pool. The maintenance people were there in less than 10 minutes and I called and everything was fine.Beside than small problem everything worked good in the house.I love this house wish I could have stayed longer. Most definitely will be returning THE FOR MAKING MY GIRLS TRIP THE BEST.. I really appreciate the great customer service ❀

Fantastic family house (including multiple families)

There are THREE king suits and a queen for adults/couples to spread out. The kids had four bunk or double twin rooms to share. The house is comfortable with four different gathering sitting areas (including outside). The a/c works great and the owner and property manager were very responsive. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The kitchen is stocked up and the only thing not available is baking sheets but we bought some throw aways. The house is plentiful with bathroom and pool towels and a convenient laundry room to keep the light packers in clothes! The pool is fantastic and our family had fun in the movie room. It was a unanimous vote that we would rent here again.

GREAT GOLF TRIP

I had a foursome of golfers stay at this home for the 2nd time so we knew what the house was like. Overall a great place with a beautiful view of the lake! Small problem with the hot tub initially but our host came right over and fixed the problem. The place could have been a little cleaner. The outside area needs a power wash and the outdoor table was not clean but overall everything was great. We may stay again!

FAMILY THANKSGIVING

My family and I who lives in the USA and Bahamas decided to meet in Orlando to spend Thanksgiving together and we choose the perfect place. Not only was it adequate space but it allowed us space to prepare Bahamian food for our Thanksgiving Day feast which was so important to us. The property manager Paul was very accommodating if we requested anything extra and the owner responded promptly with any concerns. I didn't give it 5-star rating because the home theatre is awesome but there is no local cable, and it was a bit difficult for us to watch football games, but we found a way. We had an awesome time in the home and would rent again. That is saying a lot because my family like to nitpick as two of them own cleaning companies. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to make lasting memories in their home.

Perfect for our Disney vacation

The management company went above and beyond for us! The house was perfect, just a short drive to all the Disney parks, tons of great restaurants around! The only issues were with the heater for the hot tub, and I would suggest adding cookie sheets to the kitchen. Other than that it was great!

Great house for family.

Rental was great. There was an issue with the pool not being heated the first day even though it was paid for. Hoping to a get a refund for that day. Wi-Fi kept going out but most of us could use our unlimited 5G.

awesome pool very private

Stayed there for 17 days with my family from Europe, adults, 5 kids between 8 and 11, and an infant. House and pool are wonderful, we had a great time. The pictures don't do it justice. There is no more carpet. Rooms have been updated. All rooms have big TVs but we never even switched them on. We had a lot of rain and thunderstorms every night so the movie room was very important, it was the only way to get the kids out of the pool before the storm. The massage chair is broken, I would say beyond repair, but the recliners were perfect. The house has all the dishes and pots and pans you may need. There were also 2 4-slice toasters, 2 coffee makers, water heater and a lot of other small electric appliances.. The location is perfect, just minutes to Disney. Walmart is close but we liked the little shops and the Target in the Margaritaville area better, which is pretty much the same distance just opposite direction. There is also a lot of nightlife in this area. We hope to be back some time.

Family Vacation

After a minor problem with the spa,we had a great time. There wasn't enough towels in the bathrooms so we had make a Walmart run to buy towels and wash cloths. The neighborhood is great and very well kept up. The family loved both the pool all day and movie theater all night.

Another great vacation

Communication with owner is amazing. House was overall very clean and well taken care of a couple of the showers looked like they had not been cleaned from previous renters (large amount hair in drains and on walls of shower) Pool was very clean and relaxing as well as hot tub. Very quick response and actions from Fairways management when questions or concerns were addressed.

Perfect for family togethetness!

There were 16 of us ages &0-25. Everyone had their own room and only one had to share a bathroom! When not at the Parks we hung out at the pool or the roomy outdoor patio space. Lots of chairs outside. Lots of room inside. We all had a blast . The only. Negative and it’s not really bad. The kitchen was short on cooking supplies, only one pot holder and only one large bowl, one tiny fry pan. Other than that it was great. Everyone said the would rather be in a house the. In separate hotel rooms. Hostess is super responsive!
