We are the proud owners of this Bahama Bay 3 bed 2 bath condo just outside Orlando, ideally located in Davenport, Florida (Four Corners / Kissimmee Area) just a short drive to Walt Disney World Resort! Only 9 miles away! Our spacious & private suite has AC, 2 private patios/balconies each with comfy furniture, 85” Sony TV, & a FULL kitchen. Onsite you’ll find 4 heated pools, 5 hot tubs, a winding path, a peaceful lake, arcade, free parking, WiFi, and much much more!

As you walk into our condo, you will instantly be impressed! You will notice laminate flooring throughout, and sparkling gleaming lights of silver and gold. Bright vibrant colors are everywhere to remind you that you are on vacation! It’s like a dream you only just remembered you had! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with free in-suite laundry, all new appliances and furniture. Our second floor condo is located in a gated tropical themed resort, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful flowers and plants. The resort is massive! With FOUR (4) heated swimming pools areas, FIVE (5) hot tubs, a splash pad, a white sandy beach area, hammocks, volleyball, tennis , pickel ball, and basketball courts, and so much more!! You will fall in love with this resort just like we did.

Walk into the living room and you will be more than impressed with the 85” wall mounted Sony Smart TV!!! Smart TVs are also located in every bedroom. Wow!! Brought your game system? No problem - just plug and play to one of the HDMI cords provided. Disney+ is also available for our guests to get you excited to visit the Magic Kingdom!!

We realize that today’s travelers require their mobile phones for everything: pictures, ride and dinner reservations, calling home, etc., and don’t you just hate it when your battery is low -especially if you forget your charger. That’s why we provide a charging station for our guests! Plus all our bedroom lamps have USB charging stations! So convenient!

As you look out the patio doors, you will notice the most comfortable outdoor furniture with views of the pond!! Look closely and you are sure to see wildlife hanging out by the water! Grab one of the many books available in our condo, and curl up in the huge outdoor nest chair.

Just wait until you see the primary bedroom! It has it’s own private balcony, KING bed, 55” smart TV, ensuite bathroom with super unique and beautiful solid pine wooden barn door!! Who has a black toilet?! We do!! Throw on one of the comfy white bathrobes provided and visit the coffee/cocktail station! We thought of every detail to ensure you have an awesome and relaxing stay and a fantastic and memorable vacation!

The two other bedrooms are also beautifully decorated and equipped each with a queen bed and smart TV!!! Dressers and closets are also available in each bedroom. In addition, the sofa in the living room also pulls out to create an additional sleeping space.

Our unit has a landline phone with unlimited long distance calling within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and 70 international countries including Hong Kong, Spain, and the United Kingdom and more.

Ours is a second floor condo. Guests are required to use the stairs as the building does not have an elevator. Keyless entry, you will be provided with your code shortly before your reservation start date :)

Free outdoor parking. Motorcyles are allowed, but cannot be on a trailer. Boats (including jet skis) and trailers (including RVs) are not allowed.

Guests are provided a 24-hour property management line for on-site assistance. Hosts are also available through VRBO for the duration of your stay.

With each stay, guests can expect to find a couple trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and some laundry detergent. For longer stays, larger groups, or if guests anticipate needing more supplies, we recommend tossing a couple extras of these items in your luggage when you pack for your trip, or make a quick trip to one of our local grocery stores to restock.

Our suite also has a Keurig coffee machine. Guests will arrive to find a couple starter pods, but we highly recommend everyone pack along a couple more depending on the size of their group and their individual coffee needs.

Our condo resort is in a gated community conveniently located just outside Orlando. It’s a short drive to Disney World - only 9 miles - and a half hour to Universal Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, or Gatorland!! There are grocery stores, and plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby, including Disney Springs, boasting over 100 unique or high end shops, delicious restaurants to tackle any craving, and so many entertainment options. Universal’s City Walk is a great option for nightlife only half an hour away! And if you’re hopping on that once-in-a-lifetime Disney cruise, you’re only a 1 hr drive to Port Canaveral. Want a day at the beach? St. Pete Beach is about 90 minutes! Whatever your vacation has planned, Davenport offers a great, convenient, central Florida location!

We recommend renting a car during your stay, FREE parking is included! Ridesharing apps like Uber is another convenient option.
