**Your safety and enjoyment in our homes is #1 priority. We wipe down anything you may touch during your stay with approved by The Environmental Protection Agency disinfectants to kill the viruses and germs. We use detergent and bleach or color-safe bleach to kill germs. To boost the effect, we use steam settings or dryer’s hot cycle for at least 45 minutes. Following, the National Sanitation Foundation, our dishwasher machines operate in the mode to reduce 99.999% of bacteria**

For your peace of mind we follow guidelines for disinfection laid out by the CDC as follows:
- Disinfect kitchen and bathroom.
- Sanitize dishes & flatware in the dishwasher.
- Disinfect “high touch” points including: light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances.


This entire home features:

One large Master suite with queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk- in shower and separate large bathtub.

One Guest Bedroom fully furnished with queen size bed.

One Twin Bedroom fully furnished featuring 2 twin beds mickey mouse themed. .

There is a beautiful full bathroom located in the hallway to share between the two guest bedrooms.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a oven/stove, dishwater, refrigerator, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, and all the crockery and cutlery are included for a full dining preparation package. Laundry right off the kitchen with washer and dryer for all you cleaning needs.

Dining Area has a beautiful six seat dining table for your family dining gatherings. Three additional seating at the breakfast bar attached to kitchen area.

Family Room is a comfortable furnished room and looks directly out onto the patio and pool area. It comprises of a leather sofa's, love seat, 50" TV with cable. Adult and children movies galore! Coffee table, end table and lamps.

Main living room is a beautiful spacious area with leather sofa's , coffee table and end tables. Various board games, puzzles, deck of playing cards and book for the whole family. There is a desk for all your writing and business affairs. Bookshelf with various books and magazines.

Game room entertainment where you will find a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, giant checker game, and basketball game setup.

Enhance your dream vacation by stepping outside to a large covered screened in patio where you can enjoy a day in the sun.

After a long day having fun you can cool down, relax and enjoy your own private screened in pool with spa. The pool deck has a safety gate to keep our youngest guests safe.

Free Wi-Fi internet, Cable TV, completely furnished including linens, towels, and climate control air conditioning to provide a comfortable home which is very well maintained.

There is a playground and tennis courts with in the gated community for your use.

The pool and home is cleaned weekly to ensure that the villa is very well maintained for our guest exceptional vacation experience.

All parts of the home are accessible except for one storage room area that is locked.
