Brand New Award Winning Newly Renovated Condo Near Disney and Universal Studios

From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi . There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili’s, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen’s drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (March 2016). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 40 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 40 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.

Everything was great. It was very comfortable. There were a few places that needed dusting and we spotted mold in the washer but nothing that can't be easily fixed. I'd book it again.

Absolutely wonderful stay, property was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and inviting. Host was amazing, great communication, property maint/mngr was wonderful as well assisted immediately with any questions. Would highly recommend one of this hosts properties. Floors was dirty, my son who is 11 months old crawls and kis knees and feet was black, he found a jelly bean on the floor. The sheets was never changed, my older son found a sock in the bed, I had to wash all the sheets and towels just to be sure its was cleaned. Its a nice apartment but who ever cleans it does not clean it they just do quick walk through and make the beds and sweep. Ti the owner you should hire a better cleaning and maintenance crew. I wish I could say we would come back next year but thats will not be happening.

Overall, a good place to stay. Location is good. Plenty of storage space. The furniture and bedding is nice. Unfortunately, there was a strong musty smell when I checked in.

Good location for Omni sports events

Location is great alternative when Omni is booked. The unit is spacious but has carpet in rooms which needs to be replaced / removed. Shower heads needed maintenance. Host is a good communicator. The complex is a mix of VRBOs and regular residents.

Lack of communication.

The property itself was not bad, it looks like a nicer area in the pictures, but it still was fine. The pool was really nice. There was a few things that weren’t working properly in the condo. The only thing that was really a negative was the pool key got dropped, the host was immediately notified so we could purchase another one. My message was never responded to so my family lost out on using the pool because front desk will not give you another key for the pool unless you go through the host. So we ended up not being able to use the facilities for the rest of the stay. My message was never responded to, but once I’m home, I get a request for payment for the key when I messaged the host back about this issue again I get no response and then a few days later my account is charged. If communication was there, none of this would’ve been an issue.

The location was fine with it being close to amenities. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. We could not control the temperature. We had issues with master bathroom tub/shower nozzle which made it hard to control water temperature.

The location is pretty central to stores, food, etc. The building this unit is in needs cleaning and updating. The elevator is sketchy. The decor in the home in the main areas and bedroom is cute. The bed is quite comfortable! The bathrooms, another whole story
they are uncomfortable, unattractive, and the shower in the main bath is not user friendly. Very hard to figure out how to even get a hot shower. There is also no place to put any toiletries in both showers. The carpet in the main area and bedroom is in bad condition and is dirty. Lastly, there was no information left In the room about where anything is on the property. No map or instructions on how to get to and into the pool and fitness area. The fitness gym is very outdated with very limited equipment. It is not a terrible place, but we will definitely look at a different community to stay in next time we come to the area.

The pictures are very misleading. I don't know what is supposed to be "Brand New, Award Winning, Newly Renovated" with this property. There is a foul odor (probably due to the old carpet). It DID NOT smell like pet stains or smoke, for the record. The towels and linens are not as pictured. They were thin and cheap. The main shower handle is broken, no light bulb in one lamp, light bulbs out in the bathrooms pillows are cheap and mismatched and

We stayed here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. We had to extend our stay due to weather conditions and the hosts were very gracious and accommodating. The property was very clean, newly renovated, the neighbors were really friendly and disney is right up the road! What more could you ask for? We highly recommend this property!

Inexpensive and convenient

Overall we were happy with the stay. It was inexpensive and allowed us to do a quick in and out of Orlando for a few days. Location was good and allowed access to various places. Good eating options around with gas, drug, and grocery nearby. Also, it was right off the highway. Master bed was not very comfortable. It was serviceable, and certainly could have been worse. The latch lock on the door was missing so that was something that should have been noticed and easily replaced before checkin. There were Roku TVs available with streaming provided.
