Great property for hosting events leading up to our daughter’s wedding. 3 couples stayed here - all in king size beds and our extended family popped in and out for dinners and wedding prep activities. The living area and kitchen are expansive and the very nice patio and backyard allowed great flow and additional seating. The office area was great storage for all the wedding prep projects. House is well-appointed and very comfortable for multiple people. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for extended family events. Host was responsive and accommodating.

I would have to say that Juan was the perfect host, we absolutely lacked for nothing. The pool and the fire pit made for some great memories. The house was immaculate and the location was very residential, had the feel of a gated community without all the hassle.

The host was a great communicator. So friendly and helpful. Six of us stayed comfortably in his beautiful and well equipped home. It was clean, spacious, and had everyone we needed for our long weekend. The location was perfect, only a couple of miles from downtown Winter Park and 30 minutes to Disney. Comfortable beds, plenty of update bathrooms, big TVs, and a gorgeous backyard. If you have the option to stay here, book it! Perfect!

If you’re looking for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway, this is it! The house is spotless, spacious, and set up with everything you need to feel right at home. Our kids loved having so much room to play, and the pool was a total hit — we spent hours enjoying it every day. What really makes this place stand out is how welcoming it is for both families and pets, which made traveling so much easier. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Great family home base for a wedding...

We needed a home with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, with a pool in a quiet neighborhood for our family. The house was just as described in a quiet neighborhood near all of the amenities and restaurants that would make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Casa Bella was fully stocked with every imaginable amenity. Close to grocery stores and excellent restaurants. Extremely clean and comfortable and the pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The outdoor covered patio was a favorite place to dine and hang out.

Casa Bella was very clean and nicely maintained. But the so called 5th bedroom was an “office/bedroom with a pull- out but not a bed. The 4th bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t use the toilet and close the door. None of the showers could get cold water. The water was steaming hot in every shower. Accommodations were nicely sufficient

Casa Bella - Spring Break

This rental fit the unique needs of our group very well. We needed a very specific # of beds and bathrooms to keep all family members happy. Location is good, but like many things in Orlando, challenged due to busy streets and long traffic lights. Rental is very well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities.

It was the perfect place for my family to spend time with each other and friends after a wedding. We enjoyed gathering by the pool and having plenty of room for meals and visiting. Loved having three king bed rooms with their own baths. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable but somewhat disappointing

Our family recently met in the Orlando area for a special birthday celebration. Our stay in the Maitland FL area was the best location for accessing our celebration venues. The Casa Bella house was well-stocked with amenities and other essentials, however certain areas in the house didn't meet our cleanliness standards. For example, there were stains from food spillage in the bottom of the cabinets in the kitchen. Also, dirt and dust were revealed in the corners behind doors and even found on certain bedroom pillowcases. Since we had a 9-mth old baby with us, and just to feel comfortable that the place was clean, we had to perform some extra cleaning tasks. This included buying cleaning supplies and wiping down specific areas in the house. Ultimately, there was a general feeling that cooking might be risky given the surface area dirt found in the kitchen areas. The house owner Juan was very courteous and helpful. While the pictures on the VRBO website left much to be desired, the house unfortunately didn't really live up to its picture advertisement(s).
