Clean and beautiful home. Layout was perfect for multiple couples. 3 large beds with bathroom connected to the bedrooms. 4th bathroom for last room. Two bedrooms have access to backyard patio area. Juan accommodated us very well. I appreciate his fast and friendly communication.

Loved this house! Was perfect with 3 bedrooms with king size beds and their own bathrooms. You can tell the owner added as many extras as was possible. The sliding doors stuck some but the overall experience was great! Thank you for sharing your house!

Great family home base for a wedding...

We needed a home with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, with a pool in a quiet neighborhood for our family. The house was just as described in a quiet neighborhood near all of the amenities and restaurants that would make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Casa Bella was fully stocked with every imaginable amenity. Close to grocery stores and excellent restaurants. Extremely clean and comfortable and the pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The outdoor covered patio was a favorite place to dine and hang out.

Family weekend.

Casa Bella was very clean and nicely maintained. But the so called 5th bedroom was an “office/bedroom with a pull- out but not a bed. The 4th bathroom was so tiny that you couldn’t use the toilet and close the door. None of the showers could get cold water. The water was steaming hot in every shower. Accommodations were nicely sufficient

Casa Bella - Spring Break

This rental fit the unique needs of our group very well. We needed a very specific # of beds and bathrooms to keep all family members happy. Location is good, but like many things in Orlando, challenged due to busy streets and long traffic lights. Rental is very well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities.

home away from home

It was the perfect place for my family to spend time with each other and friends after a wedding. We enjoyed gathering by the pool and having plenty of room for meals and visiting. Loved having three king bed rooms with their own baths. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable but somewhat disappointing

Our family recently met in the Orlando area for a special birthday celebration. Our stay in the Maitland FL area was the best location for accessing our celebration venues. The Casa Bella house was well-stocked with amenities and other essentials, however certain areas in the house didn't meet our cleanliness standards. For example, there were stains from food spillage in the bottom of the cabinets in the kitchen. Also, dirt and dust were revealed in the corners behind doors and even found on certain bedroom pillowcases. Since we had a 9-mth old baby with us, and just to feel comfortable that the place was clean, we had to perform some extra cleaning tasks. This included buying cleaning supplies and wiping down specific areas in the house. Ultimately, there was a general feeling that cooking might be risky given the surface area dirt found in the kitchen areas. The house owner Juan was very courteous and helpful. While the pictures on the VRBO website left much to be desired, the house unfortunately didn't really live up to its picture advertisement(s).

Family Visit

Property at first glance was amazing. Some flaws were : dishwasher had water still inside and emitted a slight foul smell when opened , the pool area although great did not have something to hold onto to get in or out of the pool , the showers were difficult to regulate as you had to get fully in to control the temperature of the water , some showers sprayed water uncontrollably as there were no doors, TV service was limited unless you had your own account to sign in ...Kitchen well stocked and modern conveniences were throughout , plenty of room and nicely decorated. Enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended!

This house is perfect for getting the family together in the Orlando area. The 3 king suites and children's room made the entire family feel like royalty as we enjoyed the large living spaces inside and out. We felt safe and secure in this beautiful neighborhood where we were immediately greeted by a warm, welcoming neighbor. Juan is a very kind, accommodating, and communicative host. I plan to return and highly recommend Juan and this beautiful home.

Our Little Escape

My fam and I stayed for a few days in this BNB for a family event in Orlando. There were 7 of us. The property was as pictured, just beautiful and spacious. Bedrooms were a great size and the bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus! House had all of the amenities one could ask for. Only issue to point out were the slider doors to the patio/pool area as they were hard to open. Again, not major, just a bit of an annoyance. Did give us a good arm workout though.. I, without a doubt, recommend this home to anyone looking to stay close enough to Orlando.

BRIDAL SHOWER SQUAD

We rented casa for a long weekend to surprise my daughter for her bridal shower. The house was perfect for entertaining. The sleeping arrangements and bathroom availability worked out well for us. The pool was fabulous and we used it every day. I will stay here again.
