The space

This spacious 4 Beds 3.5 Baths townhome is located at Lake Berkley Resort.
Enjoy this fully functional home with free high speed WIFI internet, HD LCD Tvs and 100+ channel cable TV.

Both master suites are equipped with:

King size bed with memory foam mattress,
Hotel style linens,
40" flat screen TV and cable.

The additional two bedrooms are as follow:

Very convenient... Located less than 12 minutes from Disney and about 20 minutes to Universal Studios and Seaworld. Also less than 1 mile from Medieval Times, Walmart and HWY 192. On the HWY 192, you will find all sorts of restaurants, shopping and attractions like Old Town, mini golf courses, helicopter tours and much more..

Beautiful house

This house is amazing! So beautiful. This house was large enough to fit all 9 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Location was nice & quiet made for a very peaceful trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and had all we needed. The pool was directly behind the home , which allowed the kids to swim for hours. The parks were in close proximity to the house and provided easy travel distance. Tons of restaurants and shopping around the area. I extremely fun times. I will be booking again in the future.

Great vacation home!

This property made me feel right at home for a 5 night stay. It was very spacious, and accomodated my family. The pool was right behind the house.. very convenient 🙂. The downside was,the televisions in the two of the bedrooms, didn't work! 🙁

Great place for a family

We traveled with a family of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) and this hoise was perfect for us. It was nice, clean, and comfortable and only about 20 minutes from the parks. Security was friendly and the community feels very safe and quiet. My kids loved the pool. Property owners communicated well. I hope to stay here again.

Very Nice home Looks just as pictured, we did have a check in issue but resolved in minutes. House was cleanfor the most part walls and baseboards could use a wash. However I will say they need to new linen for the rooms had a few stains which were minor. Nice pool and splash pad for my kids. Jacuzzi wasnt available during our stay. Nice location wasnt to far out from the parks. Very close to Walmart and other local stores.

Great location for Disney vacation

Very convenient location close to Disney World parks and restaurants. Slept our party of 5 comfortably. One of the upstairs bathrooms needs a little bit of work with the sink/lavatory area, but overall well maintained and cleaned. Would stay again in the future!

Great stay

Smooth process. Beautiful home. Only complaint was second floor has a major creak sound when you step to one of the rooms. I had babies and it made putting them down to sleep and tip-toeing out stressful, lol.
