Welcome to Lakeside Escape Villa, a modern 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome located in the sought-after Storey Lake Resort. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this home is the perfect retreat for families and groups visiting the Orlando area.

The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pendant lighting, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Gather around the dining table for six, or relax in the spacious living area featuring contemporary furnishings, a cozy sofa set, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected throughout your stay.

Step outside to your private patio and splash pool, the ideal spot to unwind after a fun-filled day at the nearby theme parks.

‱ POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



‱ GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

First day trying to check in to our home we had no code to get into the gate nor the house. Upon arrival after 2 hours of trying to check in there was a dead roach in the kitchen on the floor.Tuesday night showering I notice water was filling up in the tub around my ankles and it was some dirty nasty gunk from this big bawl of hair in the drain that’s looks have been there forever all on my feet and ankles. I immediately had to jump out of the shower from all of these germs in the water. The night before Thanksgiving my stove/ oven didn’t work while I was in the mist of prepping our dinner for Thanksgiving day!!! My Thanksgiving was ruined to prepare meals for my family. I had to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes to my brother house to cook our meal. I couldn’t prepare all the food that I bought because my sister in law was in the mist of preparing her meals for a big party. I had to call many of times to VRBO and make them aware of the situation. I do speak to the host and made him aware of something’s. I was sending messages to the host at one time and could never get him. The customer agent was able to send a message and he did call back finally. My family holiday vacation was ruined because they are not checking the homes thoroughly. At this point I need my money back because my trip with my daughter and grandkids was ruined.

Wonderful Accommodations

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and spacious and the proximity to local attractions was great. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book this property again next year when we return to the area.
