Kids loved the water park, location and rental homes. Areas to improve: soap was minimal, nails sticking out the stairs, pool heater not functional, garbage disposal device not functional, and slow dinner service at Finn restaurant. We rented this house for many reasons. One was because it had a private outdoor pool with hot tub. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the hot tub and pool heated. Isn’t that the point of a hot tub? That was an extra $60 for every day of our stay. I paid for a late checkout for 1:00… $250 and we were locked out of our house at 10:00 am. The inside of our home was filthy. None of us would dare walk around without shoes on. There was also a huge clump of black hair in my parents bathroom on the floor like someone cleaned off their brush and left it there. The fuse box kept tripping the fuse that controlled the front door outside light as well as the hallway light so you couldn’t see the keypad to get in and couldn’t see once you finally could get in. You have a garage which is lovely but they do not give you the code to the keypad or a remote so you have to try and get in the dark front door and get in to open the garage from the inside. The blinds were broken at the patio doors and spots on the ceiling in the bathroom that were questionable. We complained upon checkout and were told the manager would be in later and the girl at the counter would tell her. We did get a credit for the late checkout but nothing else because we waited until the end of our 5 day stay to bring it all up. When in Disney, you are busy and didn’t have time to say anything because it was too late by the time we got back each day. Front desk said it is Expedia’s fault for not posting upcharges

We had a great stay at Encore Resort. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for multiple families. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids especially had an amazing time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again.

Ion messaged the property Saturday morning of issues with the home and no one called me or even had the decency to contact me about it. The floor was dirty there was roaches in the bathroom and the rugs are extremely dirty. The walls are filthy! I expected a clean property overall for the price we paid and I was disappointed

The water park itself needs some touch up it’s old. The breakfast is not good. It was very dry and it seems as no one cares what they are serving. Other than that the house was beautiful and kept up.

Había un grupo grande haciendo fiestas todas las noches , nadie los callaba si llamabas a quejarte te decían que vienen todos los años , cuando uno también paga . También pagos por la limpieza de la casa 60 usd extra y dos días no la hicieron

The check in process was not clear for families coming at different times and from different places. The staff was condescending and had a lot of attitude. The house was outdated. There are no towels for pool, do they really expect us to bring our pool towels? Overall very unsatisfied for the price paid; over $1000 for 3 days. Not staying here again.

The property is clean and safe quiet the amenities Are great but terrible front desk customer service I got charged for my stay on there end again when I had already paid through Expedia , I addressed to customer service they returned the charges back to the credit card , they told me I was going to get charge only for the home amenities I requested which was $124 and $500 deposit for incidentals with a total of $624 so I got the charges on October 10, 2025 At checkout but then again Encore charge me again another transaction on October 11 , 2025 for $624 When I was no longer staying. Terrible experience I don’t think I ever returned there.
