We had a great stay. The house was clean and welcoming. We do recommend heating the pool if you plan on staying at the house a lot. It was to costly for us but we didn't use it because it was to cold. We made most our meals at the house. It had most everything you would need. It was comfortable and had no issues. They did have beach towels which was nice. Beautiful home all around!

Pool has tons of algae on the sides of it and was gross. Property was not very clean as our socks were black. Two of the games in the game room do not work. Not enough living room furniture for 5 people. Furniture on listing is not the same that’s is actually in the home. Illegal wiring coming through the wall with electrical tape. Patio furniture broken. Towel quality was worse than motel 6.

Vrbo was spacious and looked just like the photos! Super clean & cozy. Good spot for toddlers. The pool was amazing. We used it everyday. The neighborhood was super cute and quiet which was perfect for us. If it wasn’t so hot, we would’ve been taking walks.We had the best week staying here. The house is centrally located to all the places you want to visit. The host was awesome and able to accommodate our early arrival since we drove from CT.Will definitely return in the future when we visit Orlando/kissimmee

We had a bad experience at first when arriving. I had not received the QR code to enter and my family of 13 were waiting outside of gate to enter. I reached out to the host via phone (for immediate assistance), but was not able to connect. I sent several messages, to which he responded later. The house was well equipped but had a few worned out and/or old kitchen items. The trash was not picked up on some days, we had to throw out near the clubhouse. The game room was not entirely usable as some items were not properly working. Overall, the property was good.

An excellent rental

This rental was excellent from start to finish. The host was very responsive, the rental was fabulous. It is very spacious and clean. The master bathroom shower was so big you could fit the entire family in there. The location was excellent for going to any of the attractions. The main highlight was the pool. Having your own pool was very convenient. We did not use the shared pool at all. I would definitely rent this unit and from this host again in the future.

The property needs a good cleaning, the deck area is grossly dirty and needs power washing and a coat of paint. The bbq is greasy and dirty. The pool is not maintained properly and appears to have algae growing in it. Deck furniture is broken. The inside floors were dirty, bedside tables were not dusted, cobwebs were noted on lamps and curling.. There were inadequate number of hand towels and face cloths and they were very poor quality.. there was not enough furniture in the living area for 5 adults to sit. Furniture was dirty and stained.. some pillows had no pillow cases and were covered with pillow protectors that were stained and dirty. The throw on the couch had ketchup or BBQ sauce on it. I had to wash it day 1.

A great stay and perfect for our needs

Property is spacious and multiple en-suite bathrooms a real plus. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Convenient for grocery shopping if you self cater (kitchen is very well equipped) and dining areas (inside and out) are lovely.It would be nice if there was some more furniture in the ‘family room’ as the couch (although comfortable) was not really enough.Short drive to Disney parks (about 15 mins), Universal (about 35 mins) and airport (about 35 mins). Kennedy Space Center about 1hr 15 mins.Hosts were lovely and very responsive and access to the gated community and property was a breeze!Overall a great stay and perfect for our needs.

There were 10 in our party and we really appreciated the ensuite bath in every room. 20 minute ride to Disney was convenient. Game room was used a lot on our one rain day. Nice quiet neighborhood. A great option if you want to save some money and stay outside the Disney bubble.

Please update your photos

I rated our stay a 2/5. We loved the 5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms; however, you need to update your photos as they were definitely taken in 2015 when that property was built. The bedding was different; the two chairs in gathering room were missing. Incredibly hard to have a 3 person couch for a week with 9 people in the house. The listing mentions construction and the photos show no houses around which was misleading. The neighborhood was loud at night until 1:00 am on 3 out of the 7 nights. Also, I received a text at 10:34 am on the day of check-in re: an additional charge to add pool heating. An unheated pool should be listed instead of a pool....deceptive. We did add heat to the pool and I was happy that the heat for the week was prorated. Your communication was outstanding as I had immediate responses back from you. I appreciated your quick responses.
