Just customer service and TLC would go long way

The property is well-maintained with a beautiful pool that has great amenities including volleyball courts and lazy River. The pool area is small, but kept up well and offers nice area to relax in the sun. I think we would stay in this neighborhood again, however this unit needs some major updates. We arrived at the unit very late and it was not well cleaned. From sticky stuff on coffee table, apparent spills on kitchen floor and around refrigerator to what looked like orange soda had been pored over the utensil drawer and sat making gooey mess. It was late and we were just happy to be there so took time to clean ourself. In the downstairs bath the shower curtain rod was not affixed to the wall, at one point falling hitting child on the head. The floors, walls, and furniture are all very worn.We had multiple issues with appliances
 stove top had burner that didn’t work, washing machine didn’t work and would get off balance making so much noise shaking and wouldn’t finish cycle and refrigerator quit working. We noticed on Saturday the refrigerator was not keeping cool and contacted property management, they would send someone to look at it. By Sunday we called again and I’m not sure if they ever came. By that evening our meat in fridge discolored and milk spoiled, amongst many other things. We went into property office then Monday and they said their manager would follow up with us. We spent day at pool and never heard from manager. After returning to unit that evening, they had delivered bags of ice and place them in our fridge like it was a cooler. Finally the next day they delivered another (old) refrigerator and left both in the tiny unit
 leaving little room for us in the space. Communication was terrible and They were less than accommodating and did little to compensate for our trouble and all the food that spoiled.

Had a great experience

We stayed at this property for 11 days. The check in process was a little confusing but we were able to get past is efficiently. The resort was great and had some great amenities. The unit was very nice and had all kinds of room for my family of 5. The unit was a little farther away from the pool than I would have liked so we had to drive there but there was so much parking close to the pool it didn't really matter. We had a great trip, Thanks for the time.

The resort pool was amazing and staff at the pool was great. Paperwork for the stay with the booking property was overkill but manageable. Property manager was quick to respond to questions.

Nice place, terrible management

The place was pretty nice. Location was pretty good to all Disney parks. Amenities were really nice even though we didn’t use them much as we were in Disney a lot. Also I didn’t realize there was a $17.50 charge per day for amenities. Obviously this changes the price per night and I thought that was misleading but I also didn’t realize it when I was looking at the actual Listing which did mention it if you drill down. Shame on me for not realizing that. However we had some issues that came up and the management company still has not come back to me! There was a light that had blown out in one of the bedrooms that was never replaced. That’s easy and not a big deal but when the Towel rod came crashing down on me in the master bathroom the whole remained there for the rest of the time. They never even responded when I reached out to them. That was about midway of our time there. Also screen fell off the glass sliding doors which I notified them of and never even got a call back. On the interior sliding glass doors they were shutters and about half of the slats were broken. It didn’t really bother me but I just didn’t want them to blame that on me. Also to my husband’s disappointment the gym didn’t open until 8 AM so he really wasn’t able to work out as we left for Disney early every morning. Really the place was fine but the fact that the management company was extremely uncommunicative is the reason why I gave this place three stores.

Great Value and Location

I liked the location ( about 20 mts from Disney) and safety of the resort. The unit was functional and clean and all the appliances worked . We could not use any of the resort activities as we were out most of the time. The overall look though was a bit dated and they can use a new coat of paint and some bathroom upgrade ( tub drained slowly) Overall great value and I will stay again

Lovely Experience

The resort was clean and conveniently located by a grocery and restaurants. Our teenagers loved the lazy river and the pool area. They had a great time playing sand volleyball with other guests. The resort was also showing a movie on a screen by the pool. Great time!

Very pleasant weekend.

The house was nice, neat and very, very clean. It was misleading to represent the house as a short walk to the resort amenities however. a 20 minute walk with small children is too far. We had to drive it, but there is plenty of parking. Had a small issue with the smoke detector battery needing to be replaced after hours on Saturday, but the maintenance came out quickly and took care of it. Staff at the resort were extremely nice and helpful.

Decent crash pad

Townhome was nice and seemed decent for the price. Biggest disappointment was that the unit smelled like someone had been smoking for about a week straight inside. There was a pile of cigarette butts outside of the front and back door and the couch had a few burns in it so I wish I would have known so i could have booked a different unit since we had two small children with us. Nothing $20 worth of scented candles, dryer sheets and room spray couldn’t handle but hopefully they will address this in the future. At the end of the day it was a convenient place to stay so if you’re looking for a good value for the money this place will work for you.
