Posted Jan. 6, 2020 on HotelsHouse was not clean, I had to wash all the linen and towels myself. Food and drinks were everywhere the trash wasn’t took out and the toilets in the bathrooms were disgusting!!

Hi Devante,
We apologize for the experience. However, we never were able to charge your card therefore we never honored your reservation. I'm not sure if you have entered the resort without our permission but as far as we know is that we never checked you in or charged you.
