Started off with a $25 a night parking fee that I still have not seen on my reservation that existed. The staff was very nice and friendly but the room was not what the photos showed at all, very outdated the bed in my reservation said a queen it was not!!! The bathroom was dirty marks on the floor tissues looked used. I went to ask for it to be cleaned and not much difference aside from they sprayed some smell good stuff. The shower door did not close all the way just would swing back at you.We had a fireworks view that really didn’t show fireworks and to park was a little hectic and far especially when spending $25 a night to do so. Not at all the Hilton experience I expected.

Parking is not ideal, staff is friendly, but had a bad experience with the manager when I asked for a late checkout after my child had a rough night. Clear communication and goodwill goes a long way, which is what I eventually got from his boss.

Great pool everything else is meh.
Posted Feb. 17, 2024 on HotelsStaff was great. The pool is the crown jewel of the resort. The rooms are somewhat old and probably ready for a renovation. The bar and food is extremely over priced, but everything around Disney is.

Awesome property next to Disney Springs. Love the pool, floating/lazy river, restaurant and food…!!
