Lazy Service and Hygiene

When the hotel sent me a text to extend one night for 30% off, I clicked YES, and they gave me a room two nights later! Also, the price was about 15% more! The girl (late teens or early twenties) at the counter switched the days to correct it, but not only made me pay the 15% more, but also made me pay another $100 deposit. On top of that, the pool the whole time was just filthy. Algae on the bottom (see photo), and the new room’s a/c was on the blink. Near the Disney Parks, but you pay in lazy service in return . No thanks.

I thought it was a great value and had a lot of amenities. The food and drinks were particularly top notch, and the staff seemed very friendly. I feel like I got more than I paid for. Very small notes: the toilet seat was broken in the room, someone was drilling in the room next door on Sunday, and the coffee maker was smelly for some reason. Otherwise a wonderful stay and I would definitely return again.

The hotels looks like an old run down hotel.. parking lot looks dirty. The room is quite outdated.. old paint and nast looking shower floor and vents. The pool looks alright. The side building pool is also outdated and it looks dirty.. i booked through expedia and thought that it was a set rate but had to pay a resort fee. Even though a resort fee was charged the breakfast was not included... i would go somewhere else..

We had a great stay! The hotel is super affordable. The hallways are a bit warm but not a big deal. The people at the front desk could be a little more bubbly or at least more welcoming, but overall they are nice. Do keep in mind they put an extra hold on your card when you check in that is refunded (figured I’d mention because I didn’t read that in the policy and fees). The rooms are super clean, the bathroom was amazing looked like it had been remodeled, lots of parking space, the breakfast is a fee but it’s absolutely worth it especially if you pay for it when you book the hotel because they give you a discount and they have great food! Also I didn’t know this when I booked but they have a pizza location that delivers to your room and has great food options! Overall the stay was amazing, I have no regrets, definitely will be staying here again!

The hotel works as a good option to stay for the price. It's clean and has nice ammenitties but it could be Cleaner. Decor could also improve a bit. ( But for the price we got it was a good deal and clean enough to stay).

The room was clean, the AC was cold, we very much enjoyed the pool. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Great place to bring the family if you don't want to pay the cost of staying at a Disney resort. There are lots of activities and amenities available. We even were able to watch the fireworks at Disney from our window!
