The Space:

Welcome to our expansive 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom townhome that prioritizes comfort, space, and unbeatable location. Your family's needs are met with every amenity in mind. The spacious living room blends seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a harmonious environment. Step outside to your private patio with a heatable pool, perfect for relaxation.

The master bedroom features a comfortable King bed, ensuring a restful sleep. Another King bedroom offers an equally cozy retreat. Additionally, there are 2 Queen bedrooms, providing ample space for all. For added flexibility, we offer 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a bunk bed containing double beds with a trundle single.

Our laundry room with washer and dryer is at your disposal for your convenience. Stay connected with free WiFi, and rest easy with free parking. We provide a welcome kit with basic bathroom and kitchen essentials, ensuring a seamless start to your stay.

But it's the location that truly sets us apart. Nestled in Storey Lake, a mere 10 minutes from Disney parks, you're perfectly positioned for endless fun. And that's not all - 2 exceptional clubhouses beckon with pools, a lazy river, fitness center, mini-golf, and much more. Your comfortable and convenient escape awaits!

The Neighborhood:

Storey Lake Resort has the perfect location just 10 minutes from all major attractions and theme parks in Orlando (Walt Disney World, Universal Resort and Sea World). You will find fantastic resort amenities for the whole family to enjoy with a tiki bar, a resort-style pool with slides and lazy river, sports court, mini-golf, kaiak and fitness center. There are 2 clubs inside the property, one of them with a themed pirate pool that kids will love is just walking distance from the house. Located just off Osceola Parkway, the resort has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets, everything with a just 5 minutes drive distance.

We had a fantastic time at this location. The house was the PERFECT size for my large family. The clubhouse with lazy river and splash pad was loved by my young grandchildren. There were a few issues, but the owner took care of it right away!Owners were great to work with.I do wish the front gate would have been locked for safety purposes, though. I would definitely stay again!

House was perfect for us. The location was amazing. The size of the gouse was very accommodating. Bunk beds were uncomfortable for adults but to be expected. I was expecting hot tub to be as hot as the resort hot tub but because it also heats the pool it would've been weird yo have it that hot.

Perfect size for our family (10 people total) including 2 minors. Plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. Lots of bathrooms making getting ready for a day at the parks or recovery afterwards much more convenient. Maria, my named host, was prompt with responses and checking on us before, during and post-stay. All provided amenities were as advertised with plenty of dishware, silverware and enough essentials to get your vacation started. All major shopping is just outside the neighborhood to stay stocked during your stay. Close to Disney and Sea World and roughly 25 minutes from Universal. Book this house and enjoy your vacation. That was my experience.

We were here for a youth convention with our youth group! We had an amazing stay! It was perfect for what we needed. Only issue was our QR codes didn’t work so we had to use the call button and our key code didn’t work but it was quickly remedied. The pool was great and the clubhouse pool and splash pad was a hit!

The property manager Maria responsiveness to any messages sent before , during and as we departed was excellent. Great space which met our large family lodging accommodations while in Orlando. We did have to run out and purchase more towels as there were not enough to meet our families needs. I wish we had more time to explore the club house’s recreation activities. Looks like the family would have enjoyed those areas as well.

Fantastic and relaxing

We had a great stay. The house was as described. Very clean. Trash pickup was a described. The temperature of the pool was HOT because of the outside temperature, but that is expected for June. It was still refreshing to be able to get in the pool and not have to share (such as at a hotel or resort). The community has a small water park that is suitable for all ages. Water slides, splash pad, lazy river and a pool. There is also put put golf and lounge chairs, and a covered picnic area, all right by a clubhouse with bathrooms! The clubhouse is just a short 2 block walk from the house, or you could drive. a gated community, some issues getting into the gate at night with the code, but when we called from the gate, they let us thru after a few questions. The beds are big and lots of them. The mattresses could've been softer, but that is personal preference. The location is close to everything. All the parks are within 20mins, and anything else you want to do is all around this community. The price is fair and much better then staying at the resorts for a family of 7. Everyone was able to have their own bedrooms (except i had to share a room with my husband, ugh lol). Overall, We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The location was a prime location with close proximity to shopping, parks, activities, etc. The rental is spacous and accessing the property was relatively easy. The community access to the Hideaway Club, lake, gym, etc. were nice additions.There were concerns diring our vacation that were not resolved through the course of the stay. The TVs would not connect or frequently lose connection to the internet. There was little technological entertainment after our long day outtings. Several TVs didn’t work at all while we were vacationing. The hot tub and heated pool never warmed up. The outdoor hot tub was a key reason for choosing this location versus the numerous others in the area. We were never able to enjoy it, not one night. The jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom would not expel warm water, let alone hot water, so that was a major disappointment as well. It created challenges with a family expecting/desiring those amenities. The communication with the property management team was easy and the team was extremely responsive and engaging. The Maintenence team was deployed numerous times on numerous days to address the issues, but they were never resolved. Otherwise, the visit was uneventful. Despite those issues, it still was a decent experience.

Terrible weekend- home is not maintained well

The AC did not work in Orlando Florida in May. I contacted the unit upon arrival about 4pm reporting the AC not working. Boone from maintenance showed up until I messaged again the next morning amd sos not show up to look at the unit until almost 2pm the next day. Another maintenance working came back about 6pm and the unit finally cooled about 10pm. Nearly 2 days after our arrival. My elderly family member became dehydrated on day 1 and we had to contact EMS on the 1st night. The jacquzzi overflows into the pool. Exposed nails, dangerous to kids are on bunk beds. Amya in the bathrooms and master bath shower has a slow drain. This home has a ton of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The company refused to refund me even one night for the inoperable AC unit.

The location of the house was perfect, it was minutes away from everything. The size of the house was perfect everyone had space and it was great. However, the only problem we encountered the entire day was the air conditioning. It would not cool off past 75 degrees. It would reach 79-80 degrees at night and then not cool off. I reached out to management and nothing was done.

Dont ever stay here

It was very dirty, there was mice dropping in the downstairs bedroom, the carpets were very dirty, the hottub broke on our 5th day. I called them and it was ever fixed so for our last 5 days we couldnt use it. The plugs in 3 of the bathrooms didnt work, there was a 4 foot hole in the screen around the pool, the safety fencing around the pool had 2 of the 3 latches were missing. Very undsfe for our grandkids. We paid to have the pool heated and when we got there the heater was ever turned on.!

60th wedding anniversary celebration

The house was great. Really enjoyed having so many bedrooms and bathrooms! The pool was fantastic. Everything made our celebration time with family just perfect. Would definitely recommend this property.
