We loved our stay. The gym and pool were nice. The breakfast was good and with some daily variations. The room was clean and the beds were confortable. The kitchenette was furnished ok; we had everything we needed to cook. The grocery (publix) is aprox 8 min drive (30-40 min walk). We loved to walk to Universal Studios, and the Uber ride to Disney was less than 20 min. We recommend and would return to this hotel anytime!

Next to Universal parks. Free breakfast and parking.very helpful employees.
Quiet pool and common area during the day.
Room was not very cleaned and a strange smell in the room

Très bel hôtel, personnel très gentil. Chambre très bien pour les familles. Collé sur Universal. Parcontre, entouré d’autoroute donc même si tout prêt nous ne pouvons y aller à pieds, devons toujours prendre un auto. La piscine est très belle , mais malheureusement toujours occupé par beaucoup d’enfants , même à 10 hres le soir, qui sautent partout, jouent au ballon à travers la piscine, crient. Bref, pas trop relaxant. Surtout que les gens de l’hotel d’à coté ( Hyatt Place) venant se baigner dans notre piscine donc piscine à pleine capacité. Mais en général, j’ai adoré mon séjour

Hôtel proche Universal studio par contre aucun restaurant à proximité pas de station de taxi et transport en commun très compliqué

L'hôtel est très propre, la chambre spacieuse et le coin cuisine très bien équipé. L'espace piscine est très sympa même si l'eau n'était pas impeccable niveau propreté mais on s'est baigné tard le soir. C'est le seul petit bémol. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le coin supérette dépanne sans plus, le bar propose quelques plats le soir pour des prix acceptables. Il y a 3 machines à laver et 3 sèche linges en self service à 3 dollars par machine. Ça va vite ce dont des machines professionnelles. Le petit déjeuner est bien avec à mon avis un choix à minima, mais il y a ce qu'il faut.
