⸻ I would like to thank Expedia for my VIP status and acknowledge that the resort is clean, organized, and the staff is polite. However, for a resort, important services were missing, such as room service, and the breakfast is expensive and not good in quality. My main concern is the concierge. I was encouraged to buy two-day park tickets, which led me to extend my stay by an extra night. However, the concierge did NOT inform me that Magic Kingdom would close at 6 PM due to a special Christmas event. Because of this lack of information, I paid USD $760 for tickets and could not use the second day as planned. The hotel told me they could not do anything because the concierge is a third-party service, but if the resort allows a company to operate inside the property and sell services to guests, the resort also shares responsibility. This situation caused unnecessary expenses and frustration, and I request that this issue be reviewed.

We stayed for 2 nights - the room was large and beautiful. I did notice the bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the shower just sprayed all over the floor as there wasn’t a full door. The first night someone pulled the fire alarm twice(out of their control), but it was handled. Our room was located on the ground floor, and in the middle of the night the irrigiation system outside would kick on and make a screeching noise so we couldn’t sleep. We also noticed the ducts for the air conditioner had an annoying ticking/thumping sound that kept waking us up. I did notice the doors were pretty thin on the rooms as you could hear conversations pretty clearly inside the rooms (and vice versa) walking down the halls. The facility is beautiful, the pool is very nice and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the sit down restaurant was good.

We recently stayed here and had a mostly positive experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was surprisingly good — the quesadillas were excellent. However, the fire alarm went off twice after midnight, which woke up our kids after a long and exhausting day at Disney. We never received an explanation from the staff about why it happened, and it definitely impacted our stay. Overall, it had some great points, but the late-night alarms really took away from the experience.

⸻ First, I would like to thank Expedia for my VIP status — I truly appreciate this benefit. I had a good stay at this hotel: I really liked the room, even though it wasn’t facing the main area. The hotel is good, the service is good, it’s clean, organized, and the staff treats guests very well. However, for a resort, I feel that some things were missing. There is no room service, and the hotel’s breakfast is expensive and not good in quality. I also need to make a complaint regarding the hotel’s concierge. When I checked in, I was advised to purchase my park tickets through the concierge. The lady at the concierge insisted that I should buy tickets for two days, which made me extend my stay by one extra night — meaning I paid an additional night at the hotel. The issue is that she did NOT inform me that Magic Kingdom would close at 6 PM due to a special Christmas event. I had no idea. As a result, I spent $760 on tickets and was not able to use the second day, because I had planned to visit Magic Kingdom on that day, and I couldn’t enjoy the park as intended. I was extremely upset with this situation. The hotel was kind in some aspects, but they told me they couldn’t do anything regarding the concierge. However, when you allow a company to operate inside your hotel and sell services to your guests, you also share responsibility for what is being sold and for the information that is — or is not — provided. I spent a lot of money: I extended my stay, I paid for two park.

Property had very good layout with access to multiple pool and beach areas. Property and facilities were very clean. Food and drink was good and plentiful. Live music set the vibes to unwind and relax. Staff was friendly. Recommendations to send staff through the area to serve food and drinks. Landscaping could use an upgrade. Particularly around the back of the main lobby and north buildings.

Stay was average like any hotel besides decor nothing stood out as unique . There was a fire alarm that went off twice in the middle of the night and all guests had to leave and wait outside there was NO STAFF in sight in east tower . No one came out to tell us where to go or to go back in and after we all got back settled the alarm went off again
