Minutes to Disney World & Margaritaville -WiFi-Game Room-Private Saltwater Pool

Emperor's Oasis Villa is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estates. Just two minutes from route 192W, this charming, gated and walled community is located only two miles from Disney's World Drive and a few minutes drive to a grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic, restaurants and shops.

Located on a quiet cul de sac, our villa sits on a spacious 1/3 acre lot with manicured lawns. Enjoy relaxing and sunning yourself in our comfortable lounge chairs on the screened pool deck. For the dedicated sunbathers, we have an additional 300 square foot sundeck that receives unobstructed sun all day from all directions. There is nothing like a dip in our large pool or relaxing your tired muscles in the built-in spa (free pool/spa heat) after a long day at the parks. You'll enjoy the lanai with overhead fan and chairs to relax in plus a table for outdoor dining. Don't forget to fire up the gas grill for some delicious barbecue.

There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and attached bathrooms. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a hall bathroom. All of the beds have new mattresses and luxurious high thread count sheets. All baths have been recently updated.

There are large screen TVs with DVD players in the family room and the game room. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there is cable throughout the house. We also have wi-fi high speed Internet (bring your own lap top).

The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook as much or as little as you wish. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and a dryer. This is so convenient, especially when traveling with children, because you can pack fewer clothes. There is an ironing board and iron available as well.

For the wee one in the family, we have a highchair, two strollers, and a portable pack and Play crib/cot.

Our completely finished, climate-controlled game room features a 50” TV, large air hockey table, video arcade with classic video games from the 70s and 80s, children’s play table and chairs, train table, books, toys, board games, play kitchen w/play food and a couch with two recliners. Simba (the Lion King) as a cub and Mickey with his friends on safari will watch over you from murals on the wall.

For the comfort of all of our guests, this is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed.

Absolutely fantastic villa on a beautiful gated community just 15 mins from Disney. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The pool is a really good size and was a lovely temperature - perfect for lazy mornings or to cool off after the theme parks. Inside the living room and bedrooms were really comfortable with modern and spacious bathrooms. Communucation with the owner was excellent and check-in was very quick and easy. The villa really felt like a home away from home, we loved it and we can't recommend it enough. We definitely hope to stay again the next time we visit Florida.

Short 4 night stay, 3 days at Disney parks. House was perfect for the 6 of us. 15-20 minutes to every Disney park and less than 10 minutes to just about any place you'd like to eat. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting!

Great place and location!

My family recently stayed at this property and we had a fantastic experience. The instructions to access the property were clear and straightforward, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The house was impeccably clean and exactly as described in the listing. Every detail matched our expectations, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for visiting the Disney parks—no more than 20 minutes from the Disney Parks and Disney Springs. My family primarily used Lyft as our mode of transportation and had no issues getting around. We also made great use of DoorDash and Walmart Delivery service. Although the community is gated, the apps made it very easy to communicate the access code. John was very responsive to all communications and managed all of our concerns promptly. The pool was wonderful, and the gas grill was clean and ready to be used. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. Five out of five stars!

Great location

Property was just as pictured, well-equipped and in good location for Disney. The neighborhood was quiet in a smaller gated community. The pool and hot tub were always warm enough (85/102) for my littles to enjoy even on colder winter days. The pool alarms are loud and it took us a minute to get used to/remember the process to not set them off. Owner was preemptively responsive and all communications were spot on.

Amazing location and comfortable stay near parks!

This was our first time going to Disney with our kids and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental property. Communication from John was fantastic and we didn’t have any trouble or issues prior to/ during our stay. The home was very clean and located near Disney, grocery stores and local shops. Wonderful Experience, Planning to Return

I stayed in my first Formosa vacation home in 2013, and I've returned every year since. In my opinion, this gated neighborhood is the best place to stay for a Disney/Universal vacation due to the quality of the homes and proximity to the parks. This was our first stay in this particular home, and it is now one of our favorites. The check-in process was so simple, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was spotless when we arrived. One of the special things about this home, is how the playroom appeals to a wide variety of ages. Younger kids will love the train table and toys. Teens & tweens will love the retro video games, hockey table, and playroom television where they can hook up their own Xbox or Playstation. The bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled and are supplied with hairdryers. The bath towels and bedding were high quality and pool towels were provided. The salt water pool was a wonderful feature; It doesn't dry out your skin or leave you with the chemical smell that chlorinated pools do. The kitchen was well stocked and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and a box fan was provided in the master closet which is appreciated by anyone who needs 'white noise' to sleep well. We enjoyed our stay here so much, we immediately notified the owner about returning next summer. I highly recommend this property.

Very smooth experience from initial booking to check out. The villa was very homely, with all of the amenities you would need for a family of 5, with mixed age groups of kids. The pool and spa were great, beds very comfortable and plenty of living space to relax.

Wonderful Home

Our group of family and friends had a great time at this house. The house was extraordinarily clean and well maintained. We used the private pool and hot tub daily and really appreciated that it was a heated, salt water pool. Didn't feel the need to shower immediately after using it to rinse off all the chlorine! We also enjoyed the game room and think that the conversion of the garage to this space was great. We also appreciated the fact that the twin rooms were obviously decorated with children in mind but were not "in your face" Disney-esque. The location is tranquil and quiet. We did not go to any theme parks but even after days out with all the Florida crowds and traffic, it was a nice respite. Owner was very responsive to a few questions.

Perfect in every way!

This is the 10th year my family and I have vacationed in the Orlando area of FL and the 5th house we've rented. This house by far is my favorite. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is exactly as shown and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want! The area is close to everything and just a short drive to the amusement parks. The owner John, was very easy to contact and always replied quickly. I can't say enough about how wonderful everything was! We would definitely rent this house again!

Everything you need for a pleasant stay!

This is a very beautiful home. It was clean and well stocked with any item you might need. The gated community was well maintained but there is A LOT of traffic on Rte 192 especially in the evening. Driving at that time took patience; but WDW World Drive is only minutes away and that connects you to all the parks and resorts! The house is very roomy with many places to relax without having to be with your entire family every minute! We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Exactly As Described

The property was lovely! The pictures were accurate and even better in person. The pool and jacuzzi were heated up upon our arrival which allowed the kids to jump right in and enjoy a swim. The property is located in a quiet cul de sac in a gated community which made us feel safe. I was initally concerned since the garage was converted to a game room and I was hoping to park my hybrid in the garage but the community was secure so all was fine. The host communicated with us when we arrived which was nice. It is also very close to the Disney parks. We went to all 4 parks and they were no more than a 15 min drive away. I'd highly recommend staying at this home if traveling to Disney.
