This is a wonderful family home. The home was clean and welcoming on our arrival. We loved the pool area as we spent the majority of our days there. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I might suggest is that the internet might need a little upgrade. Overall, we would rent this property again.

This house was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The house offered many activities for the kids and was close to all of the places they wanted to visit. The wildlife in the backyard provided hours of entertainment too. There are enough spaces for everyone to get away as needed and to work as was necessary. Check-in was a breeze.

Clean house! We loved our stay! We had a few problems during our stay. We needed help with the fire alarm. It would go off at random times throughout our stay and every time we had to push buttons on the keypad. Very frustrating, but overall our stay was ok.

I did not see before we got there that there was an extra charge to heat the pool and hot tub and it seems like that should have been included in the fee. We didn't add it but did enjoy the main pool.very warm and clean.A smoke alarm kept going off at the same time during the night and 2 calls to management didn't get it fixed. Annoying. A few more toiletrees would have been nice like bar soap.A cookie sheet pan to cook bacon would be helpful.Location was great and the game room and theatre room were great..The tub in main bathroom didn't have hot water for some reason. Some problem with racoons getting in garbage so we kept it inside. All in all. Very nice place but the gated entry was never locked.

One word! WOW!! The place exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. The kids ran room to room with so much excitement. I of course worried about the cleanliness. As I am very, very fussy about that. Well it was spotless. Everywhere was spotless. We met the cleaning people as we left. They were so kind. They really valued that we appreciated how clean it was. We will definitely be back.
