The host was responsive to our concerns and issues, which we appreciate. However, it was disappointing that when we arrived the house was not stocked with what was promised (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc). The rooms were also different from what were pictured, which again was disappointing based on what the families were planning on for the kids. A positive was that the house was clean.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. The house could use some tlc, touch up paint, etc, but was still very nice. Lilia was friendly and responsive.

The place was fantastic and just as pictured. We loved the fact that there was 2 sets of washers and dryers - very helpful for a large group staying there. The only thing we did not like was not having access to filtered water. There was no water from the fridge and the Britta that was provided (which we found later in the trip) was broken and did not have a filter. Other than that one thing, I will say the place was phenomenal and i would recommend to anyone.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the CostWe were extremely disappointed with this property. When we arrived, the cleaner was still outside waiting for a ride, giving rude looks toward my family, and even left trash by the trees. Not a great first impression.The biggest concern was discovering a camera on the neighbor’s property directly facing the pool of the home we rented. Our teenage children had already been swimming, and this felt like a major invasion of privacy. The property manager did look into it after we reported it, but the response was not reassuring.The home itself felt very lived-in and needs upgrades. The furniture—especially the “sofa”—felt more like outdoor patio seating. For the price we paid (almost 5,000), we expected a comfortable and private stay. Instead, we were uncomfortable enough that we left two days early.We’ve stayed with Diamond Vacation Homes before and had great experiences, but the quality has noticeably declined while the price has gone up. I recommend researching carefully before booking, as this property was not worth the cost.

The villa was slightly different as pictured. Bedrooms were designed slightly different but we didn't mind. The theater speakers weren't working properly. The games weren't as hoped. The pool cues didn't have tips. There wasn't a ball for the foosball. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite a few hiccups. The villa itself is beautiful and can be enjoyed by everyone. We would most likely stay again or at least in the general area again. It was nice that we were tucked away from other tourists. We were basically alone for at least a couple of days without any neighbors.

I would not call this a luxury property. It is tired and in need of repairs. The air hockey table had no air, the pool ques had no tips, the vooseball table had no ball. There is no view of a lake as stated, the hedgerow is over grown. It is a gated community, but NOT secure, several times I witnessed several cars following each other through the gate, only the 1st car entered with the pass code. One gate was driven right through. There is an electrical problem in the kitchen, the breaker kept tripping. Several parts of the pod beds were held together with duck tape, including part of the steps. The living room furniture upholstery had holes in it. The theater room furniture had rips and was duck taped. I sent a message with some of the issues to the property managers and they stated they would come the next day, they did not, I had to send another message and they came the next day (4 days into our 7 day stay) with potholders and batteries to repair door lock. I would not recommend this property. I have stayed at several different resorts in this area, this is the only one I would not return to.

Pro:. Rooms are big. Pool fence a bonus. Bedding is very nice. ample supply of kitchen supplies. Call center very responsive and tried to fix things but some were not fixable we gave up calling as we didn't want our entire time being used to have people fixing your unit!!!!Cons: playroom equipment most items broken parts, not working, basketball not tallying, missing and cracked panels from front of pods, holes in air tables and pool table when we arrived ( we shouldn't have had any of the issues we did if proper inspections had been done prior to arrival Furniture very worn/Ripped/ holes. Chairs at dining table loose and they rocked...afraid to sit in them as they were not screwed together tightly in the backs and legs..Carpets need shampooing. Curtains,sheers and trim at sliding door were so dirty. Hair and dirt on pool bath doortrim inside. Unit next door had people out in pool Sunday afternoon that were loud and screaming and because there is no fence or shrubbery between units, we couldn't enjoy our one afternoon we were out there. Dishwasher did not appear to be worko g properly. Backhoe in back lot started working at 9am Sunday. Garbage truck was running beside house at 9pm Sunday night. Pool.service people were in the backyard at 830 Monday.(no knock on door) playground at end of street had screws missing from climbing gym that secires the chains to the ground. this unit was once very nice but lack of oversightAnd inspections has impacted enjoyability

The only suggestion I have is for someone to come in and address some of the minor aesthetic details of the house. For example, bathroom doorknob (in between Frozen room and Star Wars room) was extremely lose/broken, the lounge chairs in the theater room were patched together with tape, bed posts were broken or missing in the Frozen room, bunches of markings on the wall-- those types of things. But nothing that hindered a pleasant stay.The beds were incredibly comfortable (everyone agreed). The house was very clean. The communication with property management was superb. And most importantly, the house was super kid-friendly! Thank you for that.

I was overall really disappointed with the home and how it was kept up. Curtain rods half hanging off the wall. Tripped breakers so the kitchen wasn't ready for guests. The oven was barely plugged in, glad it didn't create a fire. Doors missing weather stripping. A/c didnt cool 1 master room. Quick response from customer service, but overall wouldnt't recommend for the money.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! Everything was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, just like in the photos. The only small inconvenience was that the location details in the listing weren’t entirely clear. I initially thought the house was closer to the clubhouse, but once I raised the point with the owners, they responded immediately and kindly explained that there are free shuttles that take you to the clubhouse — a fantastic service.The kids had a great time enjoying the cinema room, the pool, and the games, which made our stay even more special. On top of that, the area is lovely and very close to Target, which was super convenient.Overall, highly recommended! we would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy communications with the host was excellent. Kitchen and home well furnished. Minor issues addressed quickly. The whole family enjoyed the Villa way more space than we needed definitely would accommodate a large group very well. Great location to stores restaurants and theme parks. Very comfortable beds.
