Wow, What an amazing VRBO! Everything is so beautifully decorated and they thought of everything and went above and beyond. They had more supplies on hand and available than is typical at other VRBOs. They even had an air fryer and Crockpot. They have cable TV plus lots of streaming platforms. The pool area was so nice and fun and the employees were nice. Would definitely recommend!!! The owners are very kind, helpful and communicate quickly.

The owners have been amazing to work with, staying in constant text communication as much as needed /wanted. Very comfortable/homey atmosphere. Lots of extras that most vacation homes forget about (kitchen necessities, box fans, detergents, etc). We honestly packed too much! The resort employees were all very pleasant. The kiddos LOVED the pools and waterslide while adults loved the lazy river. Our chill /relax days were still very active. Very little room for kid boredom is always a win! Thank you, Roses, for such wonderful accommodations!

Great Family Vaca!

We spent 3 nights and days in this amazing home! It had everything we needed. The owners made sure multiple times that everything went smooth for check in. My boys loved the pool area. Our youngest said it was the coolest pool he’s ever been too. This property had everything we needed and more! We hope to possibly come back again and stay longer!!

We loved our stay at The Roses. They had everything we needed for our family of 8. We fit comfortably and slept well. The living space and kitchen were wonderful. Owner texted back within minutes to a question we had. The pool area was AMAZING and plenty of places to shop nearby (Publix, Dutch Bros coffee, etc). Having a washer and dryer were a nice amenity as well. Three bathrooms/showers/rooms were great. About 30 minutes to Universal..... Worth the drive to stay in such a clean place. We'd love to come again!!!

This property was everything we needed for our short trip to Orlando. The check in/out process was smooth, staff was informative and friendly.The unit itself was perfect for our 2 families. We loved having our own rooms/bathrooms for the adults and the kids having their own space. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close proximity to the pool area as well as a wide variety of shopping and dining options make this location perfect. The hosts were very attentive and informative throughout our stay and were quick to respond. If you are going to visit Orlando I can't recommend this place enough. The resort is excellent! The pool and water slides are top notch. The townhouse is in a great location on the resort and in relation to the theme parks. Fantastic Stay – Thoughtfully Designed and Comfortable! We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It’s clear that the owners have really thought about what makes a rental comfortable and functional. The upstairs bedrooms are large—it’s rare to find a place where the photos actually undersell the space. The kids’ room, in particular, was bigger than expected, and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra bedding, and there were lots of outlets, which was convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we were especially impressed by the really sharp knives—better than the ones we have at home! The living space was clean and welcoming, and the books and games provided were a nice bonus. The pool was conveniently close, and our kids (ages 5-13) had a blast, especially with the pool noodles and floaties provided. A couple of minor small things that could make the stay even better: a darker curtain in the kids’ room would help with sleep, more hooks for towels, swimsuits and coats/sweaters, would be useful, and additional seating in the living area would be great for larger groups. Overall, this condo is an excellent choice for families, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay for our family

This VRBO was AWESOME! Very clean and a perfect fit for our family. We even had some local questions and the hosts were more than happy to answer the questions we had. We wish the waterside was open but on our next trip to Orlando we’ll most defiantly look to rent this one again!
