Livin' Free 2 is a 2-level with:
- 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor
- Two of the 3 King bedrooms upstairs have their own 'en suite bathrooms
- Remaining King and 2 twin rooms share a full hall bathroom, which is set up perfect for sharing with separate doors to access the tub/shower room and stool. (Twin/Full bunkbed and additional Twin in each room, so 3 beds in each room)
- 4 Adult bedrooms have private tv's

Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment. All linens, including pool towels provided.

Livin' Free 2 is perfect for families, business trips, or sports teams. It's also suitable for short or long-term stays for insurance, corporate travel, wedding travel, college graduation and military. This home is NOT suited for parties. *We can sleep 16 guests, but NOT 16 adults. Adults may not sleep on the top bunks and to fit 16, 2 people must sleep in each bottom bunk, which sometimes works for kids or small adults. Groups with 12 or more adults, must be approved by the host.

We loved staying here! The beds/pillows were very comfortable and the house was well stocked. Bonus were the welcome snacks! Super close to Disney. Total of 5 adults and 3 kids slept very comfortably and had lots of room to spare.

We had a two week stay in this villa in August 2025. It is an extremely roomy villa which met the needs of our mixed age family group perfectly. It was well equipped and very clean. The location is excellent both in relation to theme parks and within the beautifully maintained Windsor Hills resort.The host could not have more helpful, responding quickly to questions both before and during the holiday.

The house had everything we needed and more. Loved having a large living room at the front of the house, and large and small dining table at the back to fit all of our family. Loved having the water park on premises. And especially loved the access to so many of our children’s needs being strollers for the younger ones or an activity room in the garage for the older kids. And the beds were very comfortable with three king beds. It exceeded all of our needs and the owner was an excellent communicator and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to any family with lots of kids and infants.

Everything we hoped for

We have stayed in Windsor Hills twice before. This time was amazing. The house was perfect for us. It was a good proximity to the club house and right across from the big playground. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

The house was as described. It was very clean. The location was great for our purposes of visiting the parks. We had the pool heated and my grandkids enjoyed the pool every day. They also enjoyed the community pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. It was a nice neighborhood to take a walk and I felt safe there as the security was very good with a gated entrance. The host was very easy to reach. We had no issues during our stay as the house was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this house to friends.

Close to Disney parks

The house was beautiful and very spacious for my entire family. The pool was heated and wonderful. The kids absolutely loved swimming even though the temperatures outside weren’t very warm. The pool was plenty warm. The owners were very easy to deal with and quick to respond. The only issues we had were the cleanliness. There were several places where you could definitely see had not been cleaned. Things on the counter had not been moved because there were bobby pins back of earrings, dust balls, etc. that did not get cleaned up from the prior guests.

Amazing home away from home

We truly had an incredible experience. The house's close proximity to Disney World made our stay all the more enjoyable, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The pool was a delightful escape, comfortably warm and inviting. It was comforting to find the house stocked with all the essentials and even more. I also want to highlight the superb communication throughout our stay; it made a real difference.

Livin’Free 2 was an amazing stay!

Our family stayed at Livin’ Free 2 property at the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee. The house was better than expected and had everything needed to make the week a perfect family vacation. Our kids are college age, and were planning to go to Universal Studios every day. However once they saw the pool/hot tub and the game room, they stayed around the house much more than we expected. I think all of us got the relaxation needed as well as a little bit better at foosball!The property was well maintained, had all the needs of living at the home, including pots, pans and dishes for cooking and eating. There were lots of towels for each bath along with plenty of pool towels.Laura was excellent at communicating and met all our expectations with rental, arrival and departure. She was quick with responding and we never had a concern about reaching out.Overall would highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Disney Trip

I did a lot of research for the perfect home for our family Disney trip, and this one checked all the boxes. They did not disappoint. The house had everything we needed. 5 stars across the board! Our grandkids absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, game room and Disney Princess and Star Wars themed bedding. We asked to heat the pool so it was always the perfect temperature. The host was very accommodating, a great communicator and very friendly. They always responded timely to my questions, sometimes within minutes. The home was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 11. The park was across the street for our grandkids to play. The water park was also nice with a spacious pool, and market. We felt very safe in this gated resort. I highly recommend this home!

My favourite location in central Florida for travelling to all attractions. A pleasant house offering most things we needed. The resort facilities are amazing but with so much to do in the area we hardly used them, however they are great for a relaxing day if there is time.

Our family vacation at this house was the most fun and relaxing vacation! We are water lovers and paid to keep pool heated, best choice ever! We spent about 15 hours a day pool side. Kids and adults loved every minute! Kitchen was everything a cook wanted from crock pot to endless dishes. Lots of towels, bathrooms and room for everyone and everything! Laura was an excellent host and was right there if I had any questions. The community was so safe, one uber driver said as safe as Fort Knox! Loved our vacation!!! I highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful House

Stayed with extended family after a Disney trip. House was clean and had everything needed to make meals. Lots of towels and even beach towels. Pool was great !! Kids loved the game room !! The resort pool is also wonderful and was very warm which was nice since weather was a little cool. Enjoyed it very much !!

Magical vacation

We truly enjoyed this house from it’s 13 minute drive to the parks to the spacious accommodations. Fourteen of us joined for this Disney vacation. Being able to be together under one roof made it enjoyable. Thank you for the welcome snacks and for the fun game room for the kids of all ages.
