Welcome to our Floridian holiday villa situated in the quiet residential sub division area of Sunridge Woods, Davenport. The villa is not overlooked and overlooks a wildlife reserve. It has a large sized solar heated family pool and lighted deck area - all ready for entertaining and making great memories. The villa has been lovingly restored and cared for, is fully air conditioned and is furnished to a very high standard - everything you could want for your Orlando family holiday. A home away from home

Inside:

The holiday villa has 3 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 Queen and 1 King) , 2 bathrooms (1 one of these being en-suite) and a spacious high vaulted ceiling living area and kitchen/diner. Our villa also provides a travel cot including bedding, a high chair and booster seat for our smaller guests at no extra charge. For extra security and safety the villa has been fitted with security alarms, smoke detector systems and pool alarms fitted on each of the deck entry doors and serviced by a friendly local management company. Inside the villa is bright and airy and enjoys an open plan living area with flat screen TVs and DVD players in all rooms.Free high speed WiFi is also provided along with free local and USA telephone calls. Local supermarkets and great restaurants at Champion's Gate are only a few minutes by car and you will find great shopping at Posner Park (US 27) and shopping outlet malls near by.

Outside:

The villa benefits from a covered, private and solar heated pool (30ft by 12 ft) and a family friendly deck area. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful conservation area and is truly peaceful and not overlooked. The property also benefits from external security cameras for added protection (privacy is assured however) and a state of the art home alarm system.

Location:

The villa is situated 2 miles from the Interstate 4 and the golf courses and shops / cinema / golf courses / restaurants and bars at Reunion, Posner Park and Champions Gate. The villa is just a 25 minute journey from International MCO airport, a 12 minute car journey to Disney / splash parks, 15 minutes to Sea World and 40 minutes to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and a 90 minutes to Busch Gardens. For time away from the theme parks, drive west to the beautiful beaches of Clearwater, Treasure Island and St John Pass or head East to Daytona Beach, St Augustine, Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre.

Great Location

Private & peaceful

Very private pool and great location in a good quality subdivision. Nice break away from the horrible traffic in that area of FL. Owner is very organised and solved an issue with the pool straight away. Would recommend supplying beach chairs and parasol so guests can do day trips to the beach.

Had a fabulous stay over Christmas, the villa has everything you might need, great outside space and games room. The area is a nice distance from the theme parks, with plenty of eating out options close by. Overall a brilliant holiday.

Excellent stay and brilliant host

We can’t recommend this rental home enough. The pool is large and is heated by solar power; the living spaces are really comfortable and well equipped and the location is ideal (approx. 20 mins to Disney and 35 mins to Universal). The communication with the owner is excellent and when things went awry with a delivery for a product bought online, he was incredibly helpful. Don’t hesitate on this property - book now! Not very relaxing

Pretty disappointed with our stay. Place was not very clean which to me isn’t that big of a deal if there was cleaning supplies to clean. First place I’ve stayed in that you had to buy own cleaning supplies which was pretty confusing. Place was full of spider webs and dust. We bought laundry detergent because We had to rewash all bed sheets because they smelled like sweat. There were rags left underneath the sink that were soaked and smelled terrible so we had to wash those as well because it was making the kitchen smell. The pool deck was dirty, including the table, and covered with red ants so we couldn’t really enjoy the space. When we messaged the owners they had the property manager call us but when we told them they issues they definitely showed they didn’t care. The owners were more worried about the issues instead. Thanks you to the owners for letting us stay at your home. I’m sorry the people managing it for you left it the way they did and hope you don’t have anymore issues

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Davenport. The house is spacious, clean and very kinds friendly. In the house one can find different types of games and a large pool area with enough privacy to really enjoy the Floridan sun. Even for our toddler there were lots of toys to use in and outside the house. We would definitely consider this rental again for our next trip. We were sad to leave.

Very nice villa

We stayed in the villa for 8 weeks. The villa is very nice. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels both for the shower and the pool. The pool was wonderful. It was warm the entire time we were there and has a cover which we put on each night. The pool deck has a lot of sitting area and was nice as we set out on the deck a lot. There is also a gas grill which was very nice to have. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. I spoke with the management company on a couple of small issues and they were very responsive. The owners were also very easy to deal with and also very responsive. The only negative is that the mattress in the master bedroom is EXTREMELY uncomfortable and really needs to be replaced. The mattress in the second bedroom was comfortable as we stayed in that bedroom when we didn't have company. Also, one of the twin bed mattress needs to be replaced as it is also very uncomfortable and very noisy. All in all our stay was very pleasant and we would defiantly stay again as long as the mattresses had been replaced.

Everything you need!

We had a wonderful holiday! The house was so comfortable with every need considered. The pool was wonderful for the kids but i have to say i found the water a little too cold so i only took the plunge once! The property realistically was one hour drive back from Universal in the evening but took little over 30 mins in the morning. If you want peace and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood this is the place for you.We had a truelly memorable time. Thank you Matt and Zoe. PS. Try Keke's for breakfast

Great place. Home from home

What a fantastic villa this is
 villa was a good size for us 5. Everything you’d ever need. Absolute bonus is the free solar heating of the swimming pool, it’s not too hot but takes the edge off so it’s just right temperature for play and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back again.

Nice house in quiet area

Very clean house and pool with more than enough linen and towels. The only negative was that the sink drains did hardly drain and there was little dish soap and no dish cloth or laundry detergent to be found anywhere. But those are easy to buy. Overall we’ve had a great stay and the kids enjoyed the WII on rain days. The ping pong, pool and fussball table in the garage were great- just too hot at this time of year to play without air conditioning there. Stores and shopping aren’t too far away and we got great tips from the home owners. Would definitely come here again!!

A great place to stay!

A very comfortable, well-kept and clean home with a nice pool. Me and my family felt well at home in this villa which was our base during our two weeks in Florida. Excellent communication from the owners and quick replies for any questions we had. I am very happy we chose to stay two weeks here.

A Minor Complaint

Overall the house is 5 star, meeting all our needs & location was perfect for the amusement parks. We had a great time! My minor complaint is the very noisy bed in Master & slightly uncomfortable for my husband’s back (definitely needs new mattress). One twin bed the same for 12yr old; probably ok for small child.

Great location

A little disappointed if being honest . The house is in a terrific position on a nice estate. There is plenty for a family to do and the pool is fabulous 
.. however a previous reviewer mentioned the master bed being uncomfortable. We have to agree with this . The other beds were ok . It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the house, the thermostat being behind a locked box . On occasion we were desperate to turn the aircon off !! There was only 1 lie flat Sun lounger . Not much use for a family There were instructions to put bedding into The wash on departure, no issue , but no detergent was provided . We felt the house was a little tired and that an upgrade was due. It was however, decent value for money

Perfect for our family!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed, was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our daughter especially loved the pool area with a nice selection of pool floats, balls, etc. We would recommend this home to all!
