Room was dirty. Outlet missing outlet cover. Cracks in tub. Green moldy pool. Staff was nice but hotel needs a make over. We ended up leaving We were assigned room 112. Late night on Saturday 5/3/2025 there were 8 police cars there We had already left the hotel and went to a hotel near by. Looks like something big happened be cause police fire and ambulance was there and they taped off part of the hotel.

room was clean, and water was hot quickly, but everything else was terrible. had to ask for a clean towel because staff "won't enter the room without permission". I hate to think about what was going on in the other rooms. the pool was empty, breakfast was warm coffee from a large thermos.

Very dirty and I had to change rooms twice. Room smelled like pot. I felt very unsafe leaving my room at night. No phone or security latch on the door. I saw needles in the parking lot. You couldn't pay me to stay there again.

WORST HOTEL EVER

When we got there the room was nice but had trouble with the door a little bit then later that evening I found a crack pipe in our room and I have a 11 month old baby and then the door wouldn’t open from the inside or outside so the office made us climb though the window to get out then they put us in a nasty room that was filled with roaches then I asked for the money back and he said he couldn’t help us DONT GO HERE I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Where to begin... we were downgraded to begin with because they were too busy upgrading others from a double to king. The facilities were terrible, a trickle of water came out of the taps, the pool is non existent. They couldn't pay me enough to stay there again.

Property was delapitated , dirty, and badly cared for. Nothing like the photos advertized...a complete lie...they should apologize and refund tge money. The advertized free breakfast was a candy bar and self serve coffee. The pool was swamp green with frongs inside. The lower level outside was always flooded from the laundry room. The hallways smelled of Marijuana and you always heard scream noises. The police was always around and it still felt unsafe. A complete disaster and a waste of money. I am very disappointed.

La habitación fea la puerta parece forzada,nada de jabón, tuve que salir a comprar jabón, 2 toallas solamente, nada de toallas para pies ni faciales,dice que desayuno incluido es mentira,solo una cafetera como las que hay en cualquier recepción de centro de trabajo y hasta susio donde estaba,no había nana pero nada que me llamara la atención, parecía que estaba en la miseria del medio oriente ,mi reservación fue por 2 noches y solamente use una noche porque no me sentía bien,perdí mi dinero, recomendación para el que lea esto no reserven este lugar, gracias

cucarachas en el cuarto, las instalaciones estaban sucias, paredes rotas, desayuno fue una barra de cereal, muy pero muy desagradable la estadia en este hotel. Cockroaches in the room, the facilities were dirty, broken walls, breakfast was a cereal bar, very, very unpleasant stay at this hotel.

Horrible experience

Do not go to this hotel! Its a fraud. Said Breakfast included, but is a liar. There's terrible condition, a lot of roaches, people using drugs. it's a horrible place. After pay, we go to the room and runs a way!

This "hotel" its a disaster. Nothing was clean. The facility was horrible with almost everything broken. No housekeeping, every time you go ask for towels or toilet paper they didnt have it available. Of course, no breakfast or ice, neither refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. The room door was damage, didnt close well. Overall, it was the most terrible experience that we ever had.
