Regal Palms is just located on Highway 27 In Davenport just a short drive to the US 192 where you will find plenty of restaurants and attractions. This 4 Star resort is the perfect choice for families with children who will never get bored. Enjoy drinks and snacks from the poolside tiki bar or stroll over to Berry Town Centre which is literally a few minutes’ walk where you will find a selection of shops bars and restaurants. Our executive fourth floor Private Condominium offers guests both Style and Comfort that is simply stunning. The modern interior and spacious open plan design will appeal to families looking for a home from home. There is a lovely contemporary feel to the interior creating a genuine 5-star luxury feel. As the Condo is located on the top floor this boasts spectacular views of the lake with the added benefit of extra privacy (no noise from above).

The Open Plan Living and Dining Area has spectacular views to the lake and access to the balcony, boasting Ceiling Fan and a Large Flat Screen Television it is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a movie on the comfortable sofas, the perfect end to a busy day at the Parks.

The Kitchen is modern, high end and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs during your stay. It includes a breakfast bar with sleek bar stools, perfect for a quick breakfast or even enjoying a little company while preparing the evening meal.

The Dining Area continues the beautiful elegance of this home and includes balcony views to the lake. This pretty area seats six and will be perfect for relaxing evenings together and a good catch up on the day.

The Bedrooms are beautifully designed, with the elegant calm theme that is the hallmark of this lovely Apartment. They are luxurious and comfortable, making them the perfect haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day, or for a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guests for dinner.

Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom (Lake View) with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bath with overhead shower and a single basin unit. This is a stunning room with balcony access highlighting the Lake View, Ceiling Fan, a King Bed, and plenty of luxury touches, perfect to retire to where you can watch a ball game or movie on the Flat Screen TV.

Bedroom 2 – Full Bedroom (front) has two Full Beds, Ceiling Fan, large closet and a Flat Screen TV. The Luxurious interior is stunning and is designed to enhance the feeling of tranquillity.

Bathroom – Main Bathroom situated off the Entrance Hallway and includes a bath with overhead shower and a single basin unit

Regal Palms Resort fees are payable locally on check in. Fees are $20 a day Mandatory Charge. Once you have booked, we will provide you with your Resort Booking Reference for Regal Palms.

Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

Policies:

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
