Check in was very easy. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Parking was close and easy and the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Disney Springs, which was great. We had asked for an extra blanket for the couch bed and one was brought within a short time. We asked the little cafe for a bag of ice for our cooler, which was given with a smile. The ladies in the restaurant were all very helpful and kind as well. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was very nice. We had no complaints at all and would definitely stay again. Fantastic facility and staff!

Super super clean hotel . Iv stayed with them previously when they were called studio B and they literally stepped up everything else. Wish they still had the ducks to give away and the food options in the restaurant were larger late night but everything else is stellar. Large rooms, comfortable, great service can’t say enough great things about this place

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent hotel reservation made through your platform. Reservation Details: - Confirmation Number: 72065889183710 - Hotel Name: Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney springs area - Check-in Date: 9/14/2025 - Check-out Date: 9/17/2025 Upon arrival at the hotel, I found that the accommodations did not match what I had booked. Specifically, I booked an Executive Suite, 1 King bed with sofa bed, non smoking city view that was not available at check in. Instead I received Standard, 2 queen bed, city view. This situation has caused significant inconvenience during my stay. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I am seeking a refund as there is a need to book reservations at another hotel. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.
