Wonderful establishment and super clean!

I was very pleasantly surprised. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the kindest person at the front desk. When making the reservation I stated we were celebrating my son’s 20th. They brought up a bag full goodies to him and told him happy birthday. When we got to the room everything was perfect. The room was extremely clean which is a huge deal to me. The bathrooms were impeccable and the towels were clean and newly bleached. Again, another huge deal for me. The room was stocked with all the little extras like scrub pad, dish soap, coffee, dishwasher detergent and more. We truly didn’t need to provide a thing. Breakfast was great too! Fully stocked and was never lacking anything. The breakfast items changed each day too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay. I would like to state that it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Disney Springs, some shopping areas, and Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure.

First and foremost staff at main desk were amazing. There was a charge on my Credit card once we got home yes it was small but not sure what it was for.

Broken TV caused us to have to switch rooms to a different floor away from our family and that room had a broken toilet so we had to get a plunger from the front desk. In the process of us moving rooms my key fob was lost. Hotel was not very helpful had to pay $450 for a new key. The whole weekend was awful. A Hilton hotel would never ruin my weekend like this.

I rented 2 rooms; the one was ok and the other had mold around the windows. I called front dear, they said they would put a report in but the three days there, no one showed up. I fortunately I will not be staying at your hotel again

Didn’t like that I was not made aware of that this property changes parking fees, two nights $42.60 that’s a bit ridiculous for a guest. The door in the bathroom was in need of maintenance the screws were not tightened, therefore creating a loud noise every time someone went in and out, “free breakfast not worth it the waffle mix was extremely runny therefore make uncooked flapping waffles and was with pork sausage? Everyone can’t eat pork ”the building is in desperate need of pressure cleaning it has mold all over and the window screens are withered so bad that you can’t see out of them from the 3rd floor, an elevator was in disrepair and out of order therefore creating congestion and crowding safety concern

Although I did not request a disabled room, I was told that was the only room available, it was near an elevator and also I locked door, I guess wherever the workers go in and out of so it was extremely loud – there were garbage trucks at 3:30 AM at least two of the nights and the shower. In the king size bedroom was for someone disabled, however the showerhead just went straight out towards the rest of the bathroom and didn’t even spray in the shower area.. It was really strange- there would be water everywhere and I couldn’t even use that shower, but other than that, it was great.
