The place was big enough for our family (16). I believe the pool pump wasn't working by the 4th day the pool was cloudy and dirty. The place was surface cleaned. Some of the beds weren't comfortable. We did enjoy the family time and the clubhouse was nice. Bring extra towels they only gave us exactly 16 towels. Luckily we had beach towels! They really need a set of pans.
