Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Way Better Than A Hotel

Had a great stay! Super close to Disney and wound up being cheaper than the hotel we stayed at the last time we were in the Orlando area except it has it has its own pool/hot tub, kitchen, etc. The Global Resorts communication was great! Would definitely recommend.

The property is very nice and in a great location for visiting Walt Disney World.

It’s a great property and in a great location relative to Disney World. Very nice house, decor, and pool. There were some disappointments. I do think the property could’ve been cleaned better, and there were some WiFi and TV issues that got sorted out. Those were minor, our biggest issue was the noise, people having a good time and enjoying themselves is one thing, clearly hearing the words to songs in a closed up house at all hours was disappointing. We did call them and unfortunately they said we would have to call the police ourselves. We decided just to deal with it.

Clean and comfortable stay

The property was so clean and very comfortable! Do not expect to check in early....the lock didnt let us in until 4:01pm. The neighborhood is convenient and clean however cars parked on street and made difficult for a large vehicle to get in and out of the driveway. The driveway is tight and small. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture is up to date and nice. The kitchen layout is great. We had to call and pay for pool heat as I didnt realize the spa will be cold unless you pay for heat for the entire pool and spa for the week. I dont think wed stay here again due to the noise levels of homes and closeness of houses.

Lovely home. Pool was awesome. Lots of space for the family. The kids LOVED the playground and watching people surf. Neighborhood was lovely. Only real complaint was that the internet never worked for us, but that was minor compared to all the pros. Recommend! Thank you!!

Great House / Location is OK

House is extremely clean / well taken care of and rental company easy to work with and responsive. Pool was getting dirty and I called and someone was out cleaning it an hour or so later. Community pool is nice / kids loved the wave rider. Would just note the houses are very close together and can get loud at times. A lot of traffic once you get on the main roads, although we were there spring break week.

This beautiful house was by far the best "house-rental" experience my family (2 adults and 3 kids) and I have ever had in Florida. Everything was perfect, the house and rooms are amazing -along with the pool and backyard.
