Perfect for What We Needed

Property was as advertised. Pool was perfect retreat at the end of the day. We used the club pool as well. Very nice, friendly staff and clean.Cable worked one day. Tried to reset. Just gave up as we weren't there to watch television. Wifi was good and consistent for what we needed.It is a little bit of a drive to WDW. Felt it was advertised a bit differently - implying it was closer than it was. (About 20 min in light traffic. During rush hour could take as long as 35-45 min)Not sure if this is an emerging trend with rentals managed by Property Management Companies, but a little faith and trust to families would be appreciated. Having a price list for missing items and posters on the wall for included TV's was a little disheartening. Appreciate that items need to be accounted for, but what are the management companies doing? Seemed a little cold.The charging for a heated pool / BBQ seems like it should have been included in the rental price. The rules we had to agree to regarding the garbage and linens was a little absurd to. Threats of additional charges and fines were stressful.

The property was amazing. It was, however, further from the parks then i thought it would be so if your doing daily park visits, give yourself some extra travel time. The home itself was perfect for our trip. Clean, quiet and safe.

Excellent property, but not as close to the parks as stated.

This house is amazing, comfortable, and clean. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed staying here. The only issue we had was the proximity to the Disney parks. The listing on VRBO stated that it was 6 minutes from Disney. Not even close. It was actually 25 minutes from the closest park, and 29 to Magic Kingdom. Even with that, would still stay here again without question.

Wonderful Spot for a Florida Family Vacation!

This was a great central location with lots to do on property for the kids! Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out! Close to all the theme parks and grocery stores! Staff we interacted with On property were helpful and friendly! We will be back!

My stay was great, the location was ideal for our Disney trip. Customer service was very responsive when I contacted them.The property was clean spacious and well furnished. My only issue was the kitchen: there was no or sink dishwasher pods, no cleaning sponge to wipe down the countertops. Only a small bottle of Dawn dishwashing liquid and a(1) green scrubber pad. No access to a broom and dust pan to sweep up crumbs that inadvertently will fall on the floor in the kitchen or dining area. Also,, not even a salt and pepper shaker or coffee. Have stayed at 2 star hotels and at least the provided at lease 4 K-cups of coffee,

Nice house, great management company, didn't like the neighbourhood

Pros - The house was large, clean and very comfortable. The management company were great to deal with, very responsive and check-in and check-out were seamless. The location was about 30 minutes from Disney parks and about an hour from universal in morning traffic. The communal pool and the restaurant and bar were nice. Cons - The pool at the house was not clean the floor and walls were quite green but the surrounding patio and pool area were well maintained. The communal pool is across the road in a completely seperate part of the development which you have to drive to, although it was nice it got a bit rowdy there at times with loud music and people drinking so we didn't spend too much time there with our small kids. The neighbourhood seems a little unsettled too, we witnessed two seperate brawls on the street behind our house.

Fantastic!

The home is SUPER clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Nothing was worn, dingy, or stained looking. Demetrius was very quick to respond to the very minor things were needed to have addressed. Layout of home is spacious, great for our family of 7 to spread out and have lots of room after long days at Disney. The home had everything we needed. The home is relatively close to the parks, and loads of restaurants, shops, etc. We would absolutely book this home again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
