Great property, very spacious. Host very responsive addressing minor issues. Location not the best for the theme parks due to major road works and traffic on I-4. Journey to Disney 40-50 mins, Universal Studios took over an hour a couple of times!

We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the location was also great. Was about a third of a mile from the Oasis Club which we also used. The grandkids enjoyed the lazy river! Beds were comfortable and we liked that 3 of the rooms had bathrooms atttached. Would definitely stay there again.

A Beautiful Spring Break

This was our FIRST time renting a property like this through an online company. Thank you for such a beautiful experience and week. The location of the home was perfect for us to spend time with other family in Davenport, Fla as well as convenient to theme parks and other parts of Florida. We enjoyed restful days outside by the pool, even though we worked remotely!

Worst house ever do not rent

I wish I could upload videos and photos, understand how dirty this house is it looks just like the photos. Except the backyard all back there the floors are molded. The pool is not been taken care of properly. Most people come for relaxation by the pool. You’re better off going to the community club. You have a better time there the lights on the porch in the nighttime is very dim the grill Don’t waste any time trying to rent that it’s filthy. They need a new grill then you have frogs lizards everything coming through because back there is not maintain. The screen area has a big hole. They charge me $60 for a blanket that I never destroyed. I have videos and photos with timestamp showing them me cleaning and washing when I get there but they took $60 out of my holding fee bring disposable sheets and pillowcases their towels and washcloth comes from a company, that wash and provides the pool towels so that seal in a bag so I trust that a little bit the layout of the house is very nice. The community is wonderful and very safe The comedy club area is wonderful. The worst place is in the backyard where the pool is I call them when I arrived about the remote in the living room wasn’t a big deal to us. We weren’t gonna stay in for the whole time but certain problems. No one did anything about it when it was time for me to get back my money they charge me and I send my photos that didn’t care about that there’s actual green mole in the back where the pool

Very Nice House

Great communication with owners. Everything was perfect except we missed one day at the pool because the water level was below the skimmers which caused stale water and debris. It was quickly fixed and the water level and filtration system were good from day 2 on. We will definitely book here again!
