The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

This condo was exactly as described: luxurious, spacious and certainly clean! It was a wonderful stay for my family and I. The area and amenities are safe and enjoyable. This beautiful, modern, sparkling clean condo was a perfect home base for my family of four adults during our quick Disney weekend. Our host, April, was responsive and very kind. Luxury Condo in Windsor Hills Resort. This place is awesome. Absolutely no complaints with the Condo. Feels and looks like brand new. In tip top shape.So much attention to detail. April is awesome and goes over and above to make your stay in her place the best. Everything was positive nothing negative. This Condo is One of the very best places my family has ever stayed in the area. The beds are so comfortable as was everything else. We actually left something in the bedroom and April made sure it was returned to us in perfect condition. She’s Awesome and her Condo is awesome. Would definitely stay here again when in the Disney Area.

Very nice place, amenities and location

Place was great, big, super clean, and had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and tennis/pickleball courts were right out the back door. Aside from the Orlando traffic, it was a great stay.

Great property!!

Stayed at the property during spring break and it was everything we’d hoped for and more. Very spacious with plenty of room to hang out and with very good sized bedrooms and space for everyone. The location was great with easy access to Disney and a short drive to Universal and other attractions. The condo was very clean and laid out effectively to make our stay great. April was great to work with and communicated quickly and provided all of the information needed for the stay. If you’re looking for a place to stay with great access to amenities this condo should be on the short list. Gated and private this condo couldn’t be beat. Pool and amenities were also very nice.

The Perfect Place to Stay

What a wonderful experience. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Correspondence was always quick and the check in was made so easy. This was home from home for us, it was clean, beds comfortable, and it had everything you could wish for plus the location is just amazing near to Walmart and literally 7 minutes from Animal Kingdom. It was so good we have already booked to return later this year. Thank you to the host for making this such a wonderful stay.
