The hotel was very nice. Parking was easy upon arrival. A slight issue while checking in but the desk clerk handled it quickly and professionally. I reserved a King room but was told there none available. Made due, but wish Expedia would guarantee the reservation when you book it.

The staff at check out was a little rude, they could use more carts for people carry their stuff out. Having one elevator work was a really bad, had to wait more than 10 minutes to get to my room, and the pool could definitely use some cleaning.
