Couple weekend
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe Delaney was wonderful! Easy and close proximity to the Kia Center. The staff, room and property were amazing. The Delaney Tavern’s food and staff were exceptional! Definitely will return for another stay.

staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, delaney’s tavern was very good and had staff that was accommodating of food allergies. 10/10

Very nice hotel. An inexpensive Uber ride to get to Dr. Phillips Center and downtown. Our first time staying but will definitely be going back!

There was a LOUD rattling sound in our room (Room 14) Tried to move but no other rooms were available first night. Asked for it to be repaired. In town for a conference that started early and ended late each day. Left before 8am and returned near 11pm each day, so not really possible to change rooms. When it was not fixed second day, a different clerk at the desk said the rattle was the vent for the kitchen. It was "normal." They put us in a room with a constant rattle loud enough to be heard with earplugs in, and they KNEW about it. Shame on you! At over $200 a night that is completely unacceptable. Rooms in that are of the hotel should not be rented. When we checked our and told them we were not happy with the stay, we were told a manager would reach out to us. Crickets. Do not stay here.

Jonathan, we are extremely sorry to hear about your unfortunate stay. We have since had the Vice President reach out to you and we are happy that we were able to come to some kind of resolve. We are diligently working with engineering and outside companies to get this issue fixed as this should have not been an issue you had to deal with during your stay.
