I have stayed at this hotel 2 times before, and had some issues which I did not have before. Cutlery was missing in "full kitchenette". I had to call several times to get the missing items. Dishwasher broken. Iron broken. Pool not usable due to broken heating system. In spite of above issues overall stay was good. (1) If pool is important to you, specially when traveling with kids/family make sure to cal ahead and verify pool is warm enough for use before booking. Specially Nov - Feb months. (2) As soon as you enter your room, check for missing cutlery, test the dishwasher, iron etc before unpacking.
