Awesome Stay at Sapphire!

Great stay at Sapphire Falls. The hotel is perfect for everyone. Incredible pool area with 2 bars, a slide, DJ playing tunes, plenty of chairs, a shallow end for kids, and a lot of servers to take care of you. Grab and go restaurant has a great selection of made to order food, not pre-packaged, and the prices weren't that expensive. And they have ALL DAY BREAKFAST!! Room itself was a typical hotel room with bight colors and comfy beds. Taking the boat over to City Walk was fun. We also walked over once...it was about 15 minutes. Huge lobby area with a bar/restaurant, Universal store and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and lagoon. Overall, the hotel was very impressive. Much better than some of the similarly priced older Disney hotels that need a makeover.

Water taxi transportation was our main reason we stayed at this hotel. The pool area was very nice and the fact that the pool was heated was a huge plus!

Water transportation to and from hotel made coming and going from Universal super convenient. Hotel staff were wonderful and we were able to check in early.

Wonderful!

Everything was wonderful! The only thing I would say is the beds are more on the firm side, so if you like a firm mattress you will love this resort even more. Temps were cooler than normal so the beautiful pool area was closed.

Excellent facility, helpful and friendly staff, great location. Frankly, the Universal resorts kick Disney’s butt in every way including value.
