Beautiful property and suite with lots of pools and everything you could use or need inside the room. A little dated but It was huge with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Great location. Near many shops, restaurants and highways. I didn't like that the toilet clogged daily. The bathroom was Dirty with someone's hair in it. Waterpark is expensive and should be free or included in The resort fee and if it rains or thunders they shut down and you get no money back. Which of course happened. You should at least get a credit to come back. Front desk staff were great with the exception of the Starbucks lady who was not friendly and does not dare make your coffee not like a traditional Starbucks. No instructions as to what to do with trash. Overall a very nice property nice staff and a few things to consider working on.

i loved the spacious room i disliked the cleanliness of the bathroom, the hot tub was really filthy i personally had to clean it. several times before using it. Always had a hard time finding a parking spot, we were not told about shuttles taking us to our room or car in case we parked far.

With the exception of a little confusion with the marketing department, we had a great family stay at Westgate. Our room was clean, the views were wonderful, everything was great. Everything was in close proximity, and we would definitely stay here again.

the first room they gave us was in building 80. the moment we walked in , the smell was horrible. the hallways were hot and the smell was muggy. we thought, ok, its probably because its the first floor and right at the beginning where the doors are always opening and closing. Nope. the elevator was not in good condition, hot and smelly. then we got to the 6th floor and once we got out, that hallways was hotter than the 1st floor. It seems that someone in one of the rooms was cooking some sort of cajun seafood broil. the entire hallway smelled of that. We went in our room, and the cajun smell was seeping through,. the room they gave us seems like an older room. not sure when was the last time this resort was updated/remodeled. The internet was HORRIBLE, despite being connected to the WiFi. The ambiance of the room just wasn't the best. The smell inside the room as well was too strong and I am unable to pin point what it smelled like. The front desk staff were amazing. I went back and explained the situation, they kindly agreed to switch rooms and building entirely. We stayed in building 60, 1st floor. This was a much better option compared to where we were originally, however, still not the best. We have definitely stayed at better resorts. We decided on this one because of the water park and other am based on the pictures, however, the $25 per person fee was not worth it. we ended up going to Aquatica, which defeated the purpose as we didnt want to leave the resort.

Everyone on the property is truly amazing and the service was top notch. Our room needed some work for sure. I let the front desk be aware of the issues and they offered to fix things that were broken or check. But we were there for an anniversary trip so it was short 2 day trip so we told them we would make do just wanted to inform. The room was clean the jetted tub was not and i didnt feel to stable on some of the floor tiles and tub ( after i bought supplies to clean it) and wish the bathroom door knob wasnt broken and on the floor when we arrived. So many beautiful areas plenty for all ages and so many activities. Food options are a bit limited but for a quick trip and wanting to stay on property we made do and all the food we had dinner at drafts and it was AMAZING
