Unfriendly place

As much as we would like to fulfil your request. Like the 5 extra pillows you requested but there is corresponding additional charges for each pillow but you want it for FREE

Clean and comfortable. Has bidet. Only thing is you cannot lose your key card. Changing it you will have to pay for. Other than that all good!

staff was uninterested in serving their guests. as a guest, it would seem like your just a bothersome.

オルモックのホテルの中では新しい部類なので、部屋自体は綺麗です。ただ、ベランダ側は目の前のストリートにトライシクルが多くて日中はうるさいです。
反対側はマシですが、窓が開きませんし、ホテル設備の通路があり人が通るのでカーテンも開けられません。
部屋によると思いますが、シャワーの温度は一定では有りません。熱冷を繰り返しますが他のオルモックのホテルも似たようなものです。WiFiはあんまり早くないです。
Pina Suite Room は冷蔵庫がありますが他は有りません。追加費用を支払えば、冷蔵庫を準備してくれます。
スタッフは全体的にシャイな感じですが、頼んだことは親切に対応してくれます。

Typhoon Ursula
Publié le 28 déc. 2019 sur HotelsUnfortunately I happened to be at this hotel during typhoon Ursula, the hotel’s generator did not work so there was no electricity or water. I moved to another hotel in town with generator. The hotel is just ok, nothing fancy or luxurious. Would not stay again.
