Leave your troubles behind and relax in this beautifully outfitted beach front oasis. The moment you walk in the door you will experience the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the panoramic views from both the living room and master bedroom.
Don't feel like sitting on the beach? Enjoy time on the balcony sipping drinks, and watching some of the magnificent wildlife: dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers and more. Early riser? Grab some coffee and experience the most amazing sunrises to start your day.

Inside you will experience a comfortable living space with picturesque views, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with smart TVs and all the comforts of home. This unit comfortably sleeps six with use of the queen sofa sleeper. A pac-n-play is provided as well.

In the evening enjoy the front balcony with a view of the inter-coastal waterway and magnificent sunsets. The front balcony is also where you will find other amenities to make your vacation easy and memorable: private laundry area, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys.

Outside you can choose between spending your time in the sand and surf or enjoying the pool (not heated). The building also has a small workout room and sauna for your enjoyment.

Around the area enjoy local shops and restaurants of this wonderful beach community filled with centuries of history with St. Augustine being only one hour north. Daytona Beach is five minutes to the south. Orlando, Disney and Universal is only 1.5 hours away as well.

A beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen utensils and a clean refrigerator with a great ice maker. Check in went smoothly and we liked the keys and code usage. I also appreciated the help in recovering my computer charging cord that I inadvertently left behind.

Reba was a great host. Very accommodating and great communication. Condo was very clean and very well stocked. The property has a very nice pool. Really it was everything we were looking for. Would certainly stay again.

This condo exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The condo itself was spotless, and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the layout made it feel both spacious and cozy. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a home base for exploring the best of Florida, this condo is a perfect choice. If we ever find ourselves in Ormond again, we will definitely be staying here!

Nice view and host

Beautiful view and building/location; very responsive and helpful host! We feel that the unit needs to be updated. Checkout also requires that guests wash towels and sheets before leaving, even after charging for cleaning fees. That was hard for us to do and very disappointing. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

A Great Escape!

Oceanside on Ormond Beach is slow and easy and beautiful. The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and clean, and the owner was very responsive to my requests. The light colored upholstery and carpet needs updating.

Wonderful!

We found this listing last minute while fleeing the gulf during Helene. Reba was very quick to communicate and so helpful! Condo was clean, decor and furniture were very nice, and the view was spectacular.

Stunning Condo!

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and on the 11th floor. The views were breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the ocean while having our morning coffee on the balcony was a wonderful start to each day. The condo itself was beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away, and the provided chairs and umbrellas made it easy to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful time. Great location!!

Wonderful location!!!...GREAT view!! ...AND ...loved the "little things" the owner left for us.. just in case you forgot something. Our full size quad cab F-150 was just a little too tall for the underground parking and the spot was "tight". However, there is plenty of uncovered parking in the main parking lot. .
