Only stayed one night, the Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent

Beautiful property, great location and close to many things. An Italian-like oasis with a great restaurant and beautiful grounds.

What a magical property! Located in pomegranate and olive orchards, the hotel grounds truly do feel like the best of Tuscany - and the Mediterranean. The service, the food, the ambience and the place itself is really quite romantic and wonderful. We will definitely be back!!!

We were the only people staying on a Sunday evening but the room was wonderful and the grounds superb. Great breakfast and thoroughly enjoyable and a complete contrast to the normal bed factories found near airports.

And we were late for our flight it took us 45 minu

When we checked in they had dog barking And after will someone came and open the gate And we notified the desk that we are flying early in the morning so we had to wait a long time for somebody to come and open the gate because they were sleeping And we were late for our flight it took us 45 minutes to wake somebody to open the gate at service

First of all, I'm sorry you missed your flight.We are saddened by your unfair and thoughtless rating.we ask for the check-out time at the entrances (you answered that it is not clear, our check-out time) because our reception is closed at night, and it is written in the hotel information that there is no night reception service (if you call by phone, it is always helpful)Your check-out time from your room is 05:20 in the morning. When you leave the hotel, the door opens at 05:34.Unfortunately, you waited at the door for 10 minutes, sorry for that.If you had waited for 45 minutes and it was known that we have night reception service, we could really question our service ourselves for this situation.Best regards
