MILLION DOLLAR VIEW, The Ideal Lake House!

Gorgeous home in the heart of Osage Beach near lots and lots of shopping, dining, and attractions. EVERYTHING is 5-10 minutes away.

This 5 bedroom 3 bath home has practically everything you would need for your large group or family. Enter the house on the main level where you will find the Queen bedroom with flat screen TV, King Bedroom with flat screen TV, and another Queen bedroom adjoining/connecting the bunk room. The bunk room features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Also located on the main level is a bathroom complete with a shower and 2 sinks, utility room with full sized washer and dryer and a gorgreous Sunroom.

Step right up to the 2nd floor to find the large kitchen with everything you will need for your vacation. Stainless steel 3 door refrigerator with ice maker, double ovens, cook top, and double dishwasher! Also featured in the kitchen are the granite countertops and Keurig coffee station. Just off the kitchen enjoy the covered deck with seating and a grilling station for those rainy days. This level also includes a full bath and a sofa sleeper.

Enjoy the MAIN channel & cove view of the lake from all of the HUGE window in the extra large Living Room. It features, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, Games, Sound bar with bluetooth, plenty of seating (including a queen sofa sleeper), Also in that area is a 2 top breakfast bar, 2 top bistro/game playing table and bar with mini refrigerator and 4 bar stools. Open Dining Room features a 6 top table.

Continue through the hallway to the extra large Master Bedroom with expansive lake view windows, King sized bed, flat screen TV, full sized private bathroom. Bathroom includes 2 sinks, jetted tub and stand up shower.

Once outside, your group can enjoy the extra large entertaining area. Everyone can sit and enjoy the lake life with the bar top and several tables. There is a larger gas grill in this area as well! Goregous dock! Concrete with an 11 x 30 covered slip, a 12 x 30 swim platform and a PWC slip. You can also tie additonal boats on the side. You will enjoy swimming or fishing along the over 100' of shoreline! Parking is not an issue as this home can accommodate up to 6+ cars and your boat trailer!

Great house!

We had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Communication with the host was immediate and helpful whenever we had a question. We especially loved spending time down at the dock—plenty of floats and fun, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the water all day. Highly recommend!

Shootout weekend trip with the boat

Great location on the lake! Was very convenient to be able to dock our 37’ boat in the covered slip, as well as leave our truck and trailer at the house. Great views of the main channel to boot! We would stay there again for sure!

LOTO Couples Trip

The property was in a great location with access to a slip. We were close to Backwater Jack's and within a short boat ride to many other great restaurants. The house was clean and inviting. Ashlee checked on us shortly after our check in time to be sure their home met our expectations and to ensure we were satisfied. Overall a great experience and nice place to stay!

Clean Lake-Amazing Views-Beautiful Clean Home

Our four families had an amazing experience for our first stay in the Ozarks. Our host/owner was great and very responsive. The house is fully stocked which we hadn't had before. Our favorite days were at the dock and in the lake. The blue tooth speaker down at the dock along with the lilly pad and paddle boards were all a hit with the families. We also spent alot of time on the decks and porches and loved the open concept of the upper level. We have no complaints at all.

Perfect for Bachelorette Party!

My friends and I loved this house, there is tons of room and plenty of beds! The lakefront property was so beautiful and the dock was perfect for relaxing in the lake. The proximity to town, food, things to do was perfect, everything was within 20 minutes or less. Our only complaint was with the lack of mirrors, with only 3 bathrooms and 13 girls, getting ready to go out was interesting. There was only one full length mirror in the master bathroom as well. My only suggestion would be to put a couple of cheap full length mirrors behind the doors in the each of the bedrooms and that would help a ton. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!!

Book this place!!

A large group of us have been going to the Ozarks every year for almost 10 years and Ashlee's place is as close to perfect as we've gotten. It was very comfortable with 10 adults and very close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The large kitchen and family room are great for entertaining a large group. The bunk bed room that connects with one of the bedrooms was a little awkward, but would be perfect for kids/families. Plenty of seating ,on the deck and dock and so many thoughtful features throughout. Also very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a phenomenal time with 14 friends, had plenty of room all throughout the property, backyard area was a blast for yard games and had a Great Lake view. Appliances and everything worked great as well as the Traeger smoker which was awesome to have.

Beautiful Home

We had such an amazing time! There was 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids). We traveled from Colorado so we were trying to keep our luggage down. Not only was Ashlee incredibly responsive with our questions, but she made sure we had every thing we could possibly want or need to make our vacation a success. During our stay she was just as responsive and astoundingly quick with solutions to any issue. The house has a wonderful dock with the perfect amount of sun/shade ratio and a great view of the lake, especially at sunset. To get to the dock you need to walk 94 stairs. Yes, 94 down and up. We knew there were a lot going in, but it needs to be known that it is a lot. After that climb it was SO refreshing to come inside to the perfectly air conditioned house. The neighbors were so fun and social. I wish we lived there so we could get to know them better. The beds were very comfy. Even the “closet room” in the master bedroom for my preschooler has ac and was cozy. I truly couldn’t have imagined a better house for our vacation. We are so grateful to Ashlee and her family for renting to us.

Perfect place!

Excellent location. Easy access to the highway and close to all amenities. Beautiful view and nice outdoor atmosphere. Lots of family fun fishing and swimming on the dock. Owner is very responsive and helpful.
