The best Hotel I stayed at during my trip. All of the Staff went above and beyond to make my stay that much better. Food was also excellent. Extremely clean, very spacious 10/10. I will definitely use this hotel again.

I choose this hotel due to the ease of getting to the EXPO. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and it is easy to find good restaurants near by. The hotel is at a more quiet area, but is still in walking distance to shopping district. There is coin laundry in the basement which is a big plus.

If you get over the window to the shower from the room, with privacy option on the wrong side of the window, the room is cozy and appropriate for price point. (I'm not talking about the shower door here) Breakfast option worth taking.

Small room on low floor. Marriott elite gold do not get higher floor here. Just beside road and it is noisy even past 12mn. Difficult to sleep. Close proximity to next buildings. Need to draw curtain for privacy. No desk for computer use in room. Not suitable for business trip.

Small, compsct sized hotel that was convenient for our short stay in Osaka. There is barely any storage space for lugagge and clothes so keep that in mind. Everything was in pristine condition and the overall experience was positive.

Marriott staff stated that we couldn't get Marriott miles because we booked through Expedia. I found this strange because Hilton had no issue. Also, staff did not know restaurants around hotel, nor could they answer simple questions. We recommend staying at Hilton instead. Very nice, accomodating, better laundry facilities at half the cost.

I was very impressed by the staff attentiveness to my wife’s health concerns during our stay. The staff went out of their way and exceeded our expectations. The entire courtyard Marriott Honmachi team is a team that definitely want to make you feel welcomed and make your stay with them the most memorable. Highly recommend this hotel while you stay in Osaka.

Overall good but staff can be more helpful…lacking service from the heart. Professional but lacking in compassion & personal touch. Dutiful but lacking in devotion especially the supervisors / manager.
